I stand, walking, trying to find an exit in this darkness. I'm running faster than I have in my life, my breath Quickening, heart racing, 180 bpm to be exact, it might quite literally burst out of my chest, and footsteps behind me tell me the obvious. There are more soldiers than I thought. We've just fallen into a trap. Running and running and running, trying not to hit any invisible walls coming at me, might be a little late for that as I have just hit something, a walls my best bet and my vision is going black but I've not fallen to the floor, I think epinephrine is the only thing keeping me standing at the moment and I'm not sure when it will run out while I'm running I'm looking through my bag trying to find a light but then I remember if I had one, I would have given it to Luke at the start of this whole mess I could have healed Scarlet quicker. Scarlet. Her name rings in my head in ways I don't understand and don't have time to think about, but a feeling weirdly warm, like someone about to die of hypothermia body heat rising but I keep running look back for only a second, her bright red hair is something I can see even this far away, even with the soldiers blocking parts of my view. Her. But I REALLY don't have time and then. I found it.
