So this is what I wake up to, finding out everything about my....finding out everything about Alexander, Alexander. He's alive, and he almost killed me, almost. Now that would have been a twist, Scarlet Thomson died by being stabbed straight in the heart by the great Alexander Maxwell. Hopefully, they don't look deeper. That would just make my story even more of a tragedy. I almost want to shut my eyes and forget it all but, all I'd see would be the flames of my own burning hell so in the real world or in my dreams I'm stuck, and the real world was my escape.
"Bloody fucking hell"
I mutter referencing both my situations, but Luke only knows one.
"I know I know Thomson, it's shit, but it's better to keep our little discovery under wraps,"
And I almost want to turn around and punch him right then and there that fucking word, discovery. His not some new science breakthrough or something to be examined or to be toyed or tested his a fucking person.
H my father.
And I'm going to be the one that saves him, or dies trying.
As Scarlet Thomson or my true self.
If anyone's saving him it's going to be bloody me.
It's what mother would have wanted.
Then I hear a pair of footsteps walking closer and my head turns brown hair and blue eyes skin a little darker then my own, black cloth covering from chest to his black boots. His father wouldn't approve that's for sure.
"Al?"
I sit up I hadn't even noticed Luke left.
"Hey Scar"
He smiles at me and I smile back.
"What brings you to my own living hell"
"You mean sitting and doing nothing?"
He smirks at me and I nod.
"How's the Commander taking it?"
I ask.
"My father"
He gose suddenly quite then speaks.
"The Commander has been like always. Indifferent"
And that isn't surprising but still, hurts like a knife in my chest.
"Yeah"
"Also someone's been desperate to see you"
And at that moment they walk in.
