Ruby POV
"Welcome Ruby Jane!" Said GD.
I just touched down in LA and rushed to the set. GD and his team are already here preparing the shoot.
"Jet lag?" He asked.
"Very" I said as I slouched on the chair.
"If I know the schedule will be pushed forward, I will fly directly to LA from Finland" I said.
"I'm sorry it was last minute decision" I heard a voice coming from behind.
"Ruby this is Hendrick the creative director for CK" Said Suzy.
I got up and shook hand with him.
"Pleasure to meet you Ms Jane" He said.
"Like wise" I said.
"The clothes look fit on you" He said.
"Thank you. I always been a fan of CK. That's why I didn't think twice when I got this offer"
"Glad to hear that"
"Everything is ready. Shall we start?" Asked GD.
I nodded and went to the center and struck my pose.
Almost 2 hours we did the shoot with many kind of different look and outfit.
So far this is my favorite shoot. I can say that this is where I feel more like myself.
"I can't believe that you are a mother of two" Said GD.
"I'll take that as a compliment" I said.
"It is Ruby it is"
"Haha thank you. So it's all done right?" I asked.
"Yes. You did great"
"We did great" I said.
"Ms Ruby. What a shot. I was in awe throughout the shoot. We did the right decision by signing you as our Global Ambassador" Said Hendrick.
"Thank you. That means a lot to me"
"We are throwing a party tonight at Mr Wanderlust. I want you to come join us. This party is for you" He said.
I didn't expect that he will throw a party for me. All I want is just finished the shoot, take some rest and go back to Seoul to be with my family.
"I will feel bad if you skipped it" He said.
Is he a mind reader?
I looked at Suzy who's nodding slowly.
"Okay. I'll be there" I said.
"That's great. GD you should come as well. I want all the crew to come" He said.
"I'll excuse myself now. Thank you everyone" I said and bowing at them.
I walked exiting the studio.
"All I want is just resting" I said to Suzy.
"I know but he's persistent" Said Suzy.
"I know. Let's go back to hotel. I will take a rest for a while before heading to the venue"
She nodded.
