"You came" Cole voiced once he lays his attention on me, a grin prominent on his lips
I nodded my head before I stood up and placed the basket on the table, I let out a chuckle once I saw the boys approaching with expectations clear in their eyes
Mr. Lou stares at the basket with interest which I caught. I started to pull the piece of fabric above the basket, letting the scent of alluring sweets across the entire room
"I brought snacks! I have a feeling you boys will need this" I said, internally laughing at the drools that escape Cole and Jay's mouth as they quickly crowded around me
"You know us way too well" Kai stated as he reaches for a handful of biscuits. I immediately slapped his hand with a stern stare
"Manners?" I threatened. Kai nodded frantically as he reached again, this time taking 2 or 3 biscuits
The others follow along, taking a few biscuits before savoring it's taste with hum of delight
I shook my head at the boy's before I turned to Mr. Lou
"Would you like some, Mr. Lou?" I suggested, watching as his eyes lit up
"Don't mind if I do" He immediately responded as he stood up, peering inside the basket for a moment before he grabbed a chocolate biscuit that is a shape of a mountain
He stared at it for a second before he took a bite, his face immediately melted in joy
"What is this?! Who baked this?!" He asked, astonished and emotionally touched?
I shrink a bit with a sheepish smile. Does he not like my biscuits?
