Shredder and Krang Prime were fed up with the Splinter and the turtles. No matter what he did, he couldn't get rid of these disgusting creatures.They decided to team up against the turtles who were hindering their work. Krang offer to bring a warrior from another dimension to find a solution to this problem. Shredder was confused but accepted the idea. Although Krang Prime had previously worked on opening interdimensional portal, he had never opened a portal to a parallel universe before. Krang Prime took all the risks and opened the portal. The universe that Krang Prime opened the portal to was Rottmnt. Krang and his men go through the portal to the parallel universe and as a result of their research, they learn that there is Krang, the turtles and Shredder in that universe. Krang and Shredder in the Rottmnt universe do not accept to cooperate with Krang Prime because they are busy with the turtles in their own universe.

There is also a female Tiger Claw in the Rottmnt universe and she is a very successful assassin but she does not work for anyone. Everyone knows her as Miss Tiger Claw. She organizes assassinations for very high fees. Krang Prime tells the subject to Shredder. Then Shredder goes to Rottmnt universe through the portal. He wants to try this method too; but the woman wants a very high amount of money to kill five people. Shredder wants to see Miss Tiger Claw's abilities before giving so much money. For this reason, he only asks her to kill Splinter and makes a deal with her.After the deal, Krang Prime and Shredder take Miss Tiger Claw with them and return to their own universe through the portal. Shredder takes Miss Tiger Claw to his headquarters and introduces her to Karai and the other mutants.

Splinter: Who are you? What are you doing here? Miss Tiger Claw; Congratulations, you were the first victim to sense my presence. I am your death.
Miss Tiger Claw and Splinter start fighting. Afterwards, Miss Tiger Claw knocks Splinter to the ground, then gets on top of him and kills him by cutting Splinter's throat with her dagger and leaves the lair. The blood gushing from Splinter's throat splashes on her. She heads towards Shredder's lair. Then she goes to Shredder's throne room. Shredder looks at her. She is covered in blood.
Shredder: Is that my enemy's blood on you? Miss Tiger Claw: Yes, Master Shredder. Shredder: Your money will be ready tomorrow. Miss Tiger Claw: Thank you, Master Shredder.
Just as Miss Tiger Claw is about to leave the room, Shredder grabs her arm.
Shredder: Stay here. Join the Foot Clan. We always need assassins like you. Miss Tiger Claw: Do you want me to stay here just because I'm good at my job? Shredder: That's not the only reason. I want you to be by my side, kitten.
