The bathroom, where the soft light casts a warm glow. Delilah finishes brushing her teeth and catches sight of Justine looking contemplative at the mirror.

Delilah: (putting down her toothbrush) "Hey, Justine. Can we talk for a second?"

Justine looks over, a bit surprised but nods.

Justine: "Of course. What's on your mind?"

Delilah takes a deep breath, gathering her thoughts.

Delilah: "I wanted to talk about earlier. I saw how upset Syd was, and I know you were frustrated with her. I get that you're protective, but it's important for her to express how she feels."

Justine's expression softens.

Justine: "I know, and you're right. I just don't want her to feel like I'm abandoning her for anyone else. I guess I got a little carried away."

Delilah: "It's understandable. But communication is key. She just wants reassurance, and pushing her away won't help."

Justine nods, taking in her words.

Justine: "You're right. I'll fix this. I don't want to hurt her."

Delilah smiles, glad to see him acknowledging the situation.

Delilah: "I know you care about her, and she needs to feel that. Just talk to her honestly."

Justine looks at her more seriously.

Justine: "Are you doing okay, though? I saw you were a bit emotional earlier too."

Delilah pauses, feeling a lump in her throat.

Delilah: "Yeah, I'm just missing Dad and our brother a lot lately. It's been hard being away from home."

Justine's expression softens further, and he walks over to give her a reassuring hug.

Justine: "I get it. I miss them too. But we're in this together, and we've got each other, right?"

Delilah nods, comforted by his words.

Delilah: "Right. Thanks, Justine. It helps to talk about it."

Justine pulls back, giving her a warm smile.

Justine: "Anytime, sis. Let's both work on being there for the people we care about. We've got this."

Feeling a renewed sense of connection, Delilah smiles back at him, grateful for their bond as siblings.

The cozy bedroom, dimly lit with soft moonlight filtering through the curtains. Delilah quietly slips into bed beside Isaiah, who is already lounging comfortably against the pillows.
