"Why aren't we out there, dancing and having fun." Becky complained wile trying to put the clues together like a jigsaw.
"Do we need to remind you for the fiftieth time that this was YOUR idea." Said Ewen, whilst getting impatient.
Emile:"Hey guys,"
Ewen and Becky:"What?!"
Emile: "Woah you both need to calm down, first of all and second I was thinking how much more is this killer gonna know about murder mysteries than us?"
Ewen: "Hmmm. Not that much."
Becky: "That's cuz we only know what we watched on TV."
Ewen: "Oh yeah."
Emile: "So maybe one of the strategies they use on TV will solve this case"
Becky: "What about the ones from Scooby doo?"
Ewen: "Or a series of unfortunate events"
Becky: "That's not a murder mystery series."
Ewen: "Yeah but remember when the kids find out where their aunt is using grammar?"
Emile: "Well we could give the letters a try. They do look like a secret code."
Becky: "Ok."
And so the trio vegan to circle all of the grammar mistakes in red.
Becky: "The first letter says ' Nes '
Ewen: "Becky, you know Anya's the next target so that means 'Yes'"
Becky: "You're right, I just feel horrible that they want to target Anya."
Emile: "It's ok. I'll read the next clues out for you. Letter number 2 says, 'I dark'. And the third one says,' Secet' but I think it means secret. Obviously the last one confirms the next target is Anya. Whoever this killer is they're trying to make us catch them, when I say them I mean the person they are framing."
Becky: "If we puzzle this all together it says,' I know your dark secret.'"
Ewen: "It's probably something about Anya's telepathy, so it's nothing to worry about, since she already told us."
Emile: " Wait guys. Today's a black moon. That means she could be taken any second now!"
Becky: "Let's go and crash a party!"
They all ran as fast as they could and wore wigs and makeup to make them look like someone else. They began searching for Anya and Damian, with one thought in mind.
Please let it not be too late.
