"Hey Emile, where are we going?" Damian asked, curious.
"Umm... well you see, Blackbell, me and Ewen all found a few more clues and discovered that murderer was on this side of the building ." Emile replied, 'convincingly'.
Damian began to suspect that Emile wasn't telling the whole truth and decided that he would have to 'escape' without Emile noticing.
"Emile, would you mind telling me all the details about the importance of food." Damian asked, in an effort to keep Emile busy.
"Oh sure... So basically..." Emile began talking about how they found the clues giving Damian the perfect chance to make a run for it.
He quickly slid into a narrow corridor, which he had never seen before. Unlike the rest of the building it wasn't decorated with fancy black silhouettes and cobwebs. I've never seen this corridor before. It must be the teachers quarters , he thought as he walked deeper and deeper into the unknow abyss. Soon he reached a flickering candle and assumed that it was lit because there was no longer any light in the corridor.
Meanwhile Emile had just finished his HUGE explanation about the importance of food, when he turned around to see a blank space where Damian was originally. "Oh no! I lost Bossman! How could I be so reckless!" He pulled out a walkie talkie from his pocket,
----------------------------------------------------
"Blackbell, do you read?"
"I copy, bowl cut."
"I told you not to call me that!"
"I mean it's better than Baguette head here."
"Hey!"
"What did you wanna talk about?"
"I lost Bossman."
"WWWWHHHAAATTTT!!!!!"
"Long story short, I was talking to him but he disappeared at one point."
"How could you not notice?"
" It was FOOD I was talking about! I'm an expert at that!"
"Ugh! Well try find him!"
"I called because I thought he followed YOU"
"We'll keep a lookout for Anya, while that you find him. He's YOUR responsibility, got it?"
"Yup."
-------------------------------------------
Soon the corridor was pitch black, and Damian was eager to find Anya at all costs. This would be a perfect place to hide a victim, I think. he thought, when he suddenly banged his head of something. Owww! he was about to scream when he heard voices, whispering and footsteps getting closer and closer. He pressed his back against the wall and crouched down as he saw a figure edging slowly towards him.
He closed his eyes as he saw his whole life flash before him. I didn't even confess to Anya yet and I might never confess to her if I don't survive this. Damian could pretty much beat up all the guys in their year, besides Bill, but he could see the silhouette of a gun in the hand of the shadow in front of him but soon realised that they couldn't see him. It seemed he had hit his head of a dusty old awards cabinet, which hadn't been used in years.
Soon he saw the shadows disappear into another narrow pathway, and relaxed his head against the wall for a minute, regaining his composure. He stood up to check the room the shadows were in when he noticed that the old cabinet seemed to be blocking a door. Curious to see what was inside he began pushing the cabinet out of the way, careful not to make any noise.
