SOFIA

After Hotch told us to get some rest it was already dark. Me, JJ and Emily all drove together to the hotel. It was quite a nice place. Thank you, Bureau. We entered the lobby, all exhausted form the day we had. JJ spent all day containing local press who were voracious for information or any kind of news. Emily had almost died due to an intoxication of belladonna, I wondered if that was what they went through each case. All this emotional baggage gaining up on them. At the front desk we all got our room keys. Thankfully, I was on my own. We reached the third floor together, parting ways when we checked our room numbers.

"Emily, Remember to burn those clothes. Ya never know." I yelled, hearing a disguised chuckle.

Once I slid the key on the pad, the door oped automatically. The room was small. It had a little bathroom on the right and a big bed in the middle of the room. The first thing i did as soon as I entered the room was setting down my go bag and carry on to check if there were any Italian restaurants near me. For my god's given grace, there was one right behind the hotel. I picked up my wallet, sliding the room key in it, and my phone, headed to have something to eat. The walk was pleasant with the cold end of October breeze sizzled on my face. As i turned the corner a familiar scent of pizza invaded the air. Smells like home.

That place was packed with people enjoying their meal. Once I reached the counter i was met by a lovely woman.

"Hi, there. Welcome to Little Italy. What can I do for you?" She asked adjusting the baseball hat on her head.

"Hi, could i order for take away?" there was nothing better than to eat your comfort food on the bead.

"Sure thing. What would you like, Dear?"

"A Carbonara and a Tiramisù, please. Surname: Martini. I'll just wait until it's done." I told the lady, with a smile.

"Take a seat, it'll be about ten minutes." with that said she went away and i led my way through the crowd to sit at an empty table in the back.

My head continued to wonder on today's events. I saved some lives. You'd be proud of me, Ludo. I stared at my phone, reflecting on weather i should call. No, it's late. But there the time zone. They must be sleeping. But they should be heading to work soon. No. Yes. No. I gave up and searched the contact on my phone, selecting it as soon as it entered my view. The mobile began to ring. Once, nothing. Twice, nothing. On the third ring, it went to voice mail.

"Questa è la segreteria telefonica di Francesa Bianchi. Lasciare un messaggio dopo il breve segnale acustico. Beep. [This is Francesa Bianchi's answering machine. Leave a message after the short beep. Beep.]"

"Ciao Mamma. Come state? Ciao. [Hi Mom. How are you? I wanted to hear from you but I think you're still asleep. I'll be up for another hour, so if you wake up don't hesitate to call me. You know, they gave me an incredible opportunity this morning. I had the chance to work with Uncle David at the BAU on a case where chemical help was needed. I love it, you have no idea. I just wanted to tell you. They made some major changes to my lab and now it's even better than before. I changed apartment to be closer to  uncle and also to work. For the rest it's all well. Call me when you wake up. I love you. Bey.]"
