[ NO ONE'S POV ]
Three years after their intense mission, Mikha, Aiah, and their friends were finally enjoying a long-awaited reunion on the beach. The sun sparkled on the water, and laughter filled the air as they embraced the warmth and freedom of the day.
"Ang saya, no? Finally, walang kabahan," Gwen exclaimed, tossing a beach ball towards Jhoanna, who caught it easily.
"Super! Sobrang na-miss ko 'to!" Jhoanna replied, tossing the ball back. "Walang problema, puro saya lang!"
"Guys, dapat palaging ganito! Walang stress." Colet chimed in, sunbathing while keeping an eye on everyone.
Mikha turned to Aiah, who was lying beside her. "Alam mo, I can't believe it's been three years since all that drama."
Aiah smiled, squeezing Mikha's hand. "Yeah, ang daming nangyari. But look at us now! We made it."
"Dapat nga mag-celebrate tayo," Stacey suggested, pulling out snacks and drinks. "Beach party tayo!"
"Let's have a bonfire mamaya!" Sheena added excitedly. "Perfect ending sa day natin."
As they played in the waves and enjoyed each other's company, the bond they shared became even stronger.
They reminisced about their past adventures, laughing at the silly moments and celebrating their triumphs.
Later, as the sun began to set, they gathered around a bonfire, the warm glow lighting up their faces. "Cheers for friendship!" Mikha toasted, raising her drink.
"Cheers!" everyone shouted in unison, their spirits high.
"Dapat lagi tayong ganito, guys. Family tayo," Jhoanna said, her eyes sparkling with joy.
"Agreed! Wala nang drama, puro saya na lang," Aiah said, leaning her head on Mikha's shoulder.
After our friendships bonded together, Aiah and I went back home, which made us tired but it was fun. We both sat on the couch, exhausted from all the excitement of the day.
"Grabe, ang saya ng beach trip natin!" Aiah said, leaning her head on my shoulder.
"Oo, ang dami nating nagawa. I can't believe we actually did all those activities," I replied, smiling at her.
"Alam mo, I'm really grateful for our friends. They're always there for us," she said, looking around at our cozy living room filled with memories.
"Yeah, it's been quite a journey since everything that happened. I'm just glad we're all okay now," I reassured her, squeezing her hand.
Aiah turned to me, her eyes shining with happiness. "And I'm glad I have you. I wouldn't trade this for anything."
I felt my heart swell. "Me too. By the way, when are we going to plan the wedding?" I teased, and her cheeks flushed.
"Wow, someone's eager!" she laughed, nudging me playfully.
"Of course! I want to spend forever with you," I said, pulling her closer.
"Okay, let's start planning, but for now, let's just enjoy this moment."
We sat there together, comfortable and content, ready to embrace whatever the future held for us.
