Chapter 2

Demon Realm

"Father, please let us go," Autumn said as she had always wanted to visit earth. "I said no," Roger replied harshly. "I'll be quick, please father," Autumn replied getting more desperate to visit the humans. 

Again, she was repeated no, so she sighed in defeat and walked through the land before reaching her room which was a mansion as she was the demon lord's daughter. She hated being his only heir as Reece had been expelled long from Hell and was sent to the human realm. It was the only reason she desperately wanted to go. She wanted, no, needed to see her big brother again. She never knew the reason he was expelled from Hell but had always needed to know the answer to no avail given. "You shouldn't be like that, princess," A guard said from the doorway.

Autumn instantly lit the guard on fire with her powers not wanting to have a char right now only needing to see her brother. The guard grabbed Autumn by her neck and quickly cuffed her so she wouldn't have any access to her fire abilities before throwing her onto the bed and leaving.

Guard's POV (Back to first person for now)

I

quickly walked straight to our Lord in the realm rushing to tell him of his daughter. "Sir, she's becoming like her brother. I don't think they can live being apart," I quickly tell him as he seems to notice the same thing. The longer they are apart, the worst they get and the power they hold will become stronger than the Lord here. "I'll get to it bringing Reece back but he best not thinks he can beat me," Roger said as he got a guard to bring his son back.

Third person again

The guard Roger sent quickly retrieved Reece as it wasn't that hard to find a demon on earth. "You will be on your behavior son," Roger told him sternly as he wasn't going to let his son overthrown him. "Yes father," Reece replied with silently going to Autumn's room.

He went in the room seeing his sister clutch the necklace he gave her before he was banished since he had tried to overthrow his father but didn't tell Autumn his plan "little sister," Reece said causing Autumn to glance up and rush off the bed hugging him tightly. "Don't leave me," Autumn said desperately clinging to him as if he would leave again. "I'm not going anywhere, I promise you," Reece told his sister who loosened her grip at that.

Autumn led him to the edge of her bed letting him get on before she got on his lap just holding him while she cried happy tears since he had arrived back home. "Don't cry sister, I won't leave you again," Reece said as he rubbed her back gently to calm her down. 

Autumn slowly calmed down and looked Reece in the eyes before she wiped her tears as demons aren't supposed to cry but she did or could. She was different than most demons being able to show emotion but was told never to in front of the others as they'd deem her as weak.

"Aut, how can you show emotion?" Reece asked as he realized she could show the different stages of emotion unlike him and the other demons. Autumn just shrugged before going back to her cold look. "Tomorrow is the day we can all kill a human," Autumn said grinning as she loved to torture people. "Oooh!" Reece said excitedly as he shared the hobby as Autumn wanting to kill and torture someone as they hadn't done that for quite a while.

Once a year, all demons would get to kill someone and this was one of the years they'd get to do so, starting tomorrow. The demon king would assign who'd get to torture a human and Reece and Autumn would always get one as it was tradition.

And tomorrow would mark the day an angel would get assigned a human which would mean they'd also get a second target to harm as they'd been feuding for years.

Btw I forgot to mention but chapter one was taking place 10 years before this one so if the children are now adults, that's why. Now have fun with this one since it won't be updated until tomorrow sometime or maybe after as I keep forgetting to update a chapter.
