Humans' realm

Clodagh woke up early in the morning. She couldn't sleep and didn't know what it was about today but could feel something off. She grabbed her phone and called Winter as he'd normally pick up the phone at this time. "What is it Clodagh? Trying to sleep here AHH!" Winter said through the phone. "What is it?" Clodagh asked as she thought something terrible would happen. "Never mind, just a shadow," Winter replied. "I'm going to bet you're fully awake now from the shadow. Come to mine," Clodagh said to Winter. "Fine," Winter said annoyed.

Clodagh could hear keys jingling meaning he was getting the car. "I'll be there in 20 minutes," Winter said. "But you live an hour away," Clodagh responded. "I don't care and it's 2 am so no traffic," Winter replied before he hung up the call.

Clodagh waited for Winter and in the meantime, she went downstairs making him his morning tea from when they were children. She kept it in the kettle until she heard a knock on the door opening it up. "Hey Winter! Your tea is in the kettle from when we were kids!" Clodagh said with excitement before she realized it wasn't Winter. "Sorry, I was looking for ~~~~~ street." A woman said. "Oh no, that's fine. It's going to be to the right and then two lefts," Clodagh explained letting the woman leave.

"Who was that?" Winter asked as he got there right after the woman left. "Looking for directions," Clodagh responded. "Oh. But why knock at 2 am instead of looking it up?" Winter asked as he entered the house. Clodagh shrugged it off going to the kitchen pouring Winter a glass of tea to drink. "Ooh! I didn't smell the tea before. Give me," Winter said.

Clodagh handed Winter his tea before she poured herself a glass and sat on the couch. "So, why are you awake at this hour?" Winter asked. "I got a feeling something bad might happen today," Clodagh said. "Oh, wow," Winter said.

Just then, a knock sounded from the door prompting Clodagh to stand up and check who it was from. "Deliah? What are you doing here?" Clodagh asked. "I couldn't sleep, and I saw Winter's car out which means you're awake and-" Deliah said before Clodagh cut her off shoving her inside the door when a creak sounded, and a huge piece of the roof came off and would've killed Deliah where she used to be standing. "Let's get you somewhere safe for now," Clodagh said feeling the cold temperature rise off Deliah. "Yeah," Deliah said. "You cold Deedee?" Clodagh asked. Deliah nodded a reply, so Clodagh led Deliah to the couch.

Winter could see how cold Deliah was, so he rushed to get a blanket from the storage closet and wrapped it around her also getting some tea for her to sip on to try helping her warmup.
