Author's Note

Wow , I said this kind of thing won't be often but it seems to be happening quite a lot lately .

But anyways , as you guys can tell this is not a update ( but the update is happening just after I post this but do please read this ) .

Now , we both know I put a lot of time and research ( for certain chapters ) into all of my stories .

Not to spoil anything in the next chapter but , let's just say that E3 is going to be in it .

For anyone that doesn't know what E3 is well , E3 is a gaming convention .

That's all I really know . Lachlan said something about showcases and stuff in his videos but I still have no idea what goes on .

Since this story setting is around the time Lachlan goes and visits Mitch and Jerome in Florida I want that setting to continue like that .

So we all know that after Lachlan goes back to Australia , he goes to E3 in LA and then to Florida again for Arcadiacon and then lastly Minecon before going to New Zealand with his brother and a few other friends of his ( I watched his vlog for Minecon and Arcadiacon ) .

I want to keep it that way in the story plot . Only problem is I have never been to any of these events . None of them .

E3 , I still don't know what's it's about . Arcadia , I have friends who went so I can get some info off them how it was like and Minecon still need to do research but I'm guessing its all MineCraft related so that will be easier .

So , in the next chapter ( which hopefully will have 3 chapters with the same story setting since E3 was for 3 days , June 16-18 . At least 2015's date ) I will not be doing a lot about the E3 event .

Someone will be going but I won't talk about the E3 event as much in the story .

I'm really sorry but how am I to describe a event I have no idea what's it's like or what kind of games they have there ?

It will both be boring for you to read and frustrating for me to write .

I want to make My Little Lachy one of your favorite books and in order to do that I need to know the facts behind what I am writing .

Making fan fictions are hard cause there is so much info you have to add in otherwise it will just be a book with a famous person in it without real facts .

So , instead of writing things around E3 , I am writing things that I saw in people that went to E3 vlogs . The activity's and what they did when they weren't at the convention .

I have only watched Miniminter and Vikkstar123's vlogs while they were at E3 but I have a pretty good idea as to what they did while not in the convention .

These chapters are totally going to make up for not focusing on E3 .

I have done so much research . From checking old tweets that youtubers were talking about E3 and finding out who went to the event to searching up who has a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame , there is a lot of research .

And lastly , to end off this long note , I would like to just say sorry for time skips but I really just want to get to better parts of the story if you get what I'm saying .

So , thank you for reading this note before going onto the good stuff and just thank you for just reading and enjoying this book .
