It was make or break day.

On his white board he has multiple connections on a good time. Circled in a red marker marked the time of Ten thirty.

Ten thirty was a core time, he could get in and out because Grayson would have just fell asleep. He's noticed that Jade has been spending a lot of time up during the later hours but he's prepared for that. He had rented a van from the broker, loaded all his equipment inside of it. A silk sack, chloroform, a towel, and some rope. He took a drag from a cigarette as he did the drive up to Wayne manor, he disposed of it right before making the unfaithful turn. It was now or never. He sat at the top of the hill, slowly watching the lights turn off one by one, except hers.

He took a look through his binoculars, perfect. She was sitting in her vanity, and if he didn't know any better he could recognize the mascara on her cheeks being from tears. Richie could say he's grown some what of an emotional attachment to her, but not in that way. In the way of he hated seeing her upset when boys crushed her, it made his big brother instincts kick in.

He snuck in through the loose window in the laundry room. His boots hit the floor as silently as he could. He was able to get his friend to do some hacking work, he could see the cameras in the inside, and so far it was clear. He carefully and quietly made his way out the laundry room, taking a few steps up the spiral staircase. He had to remember how things were set up, because once it was on it was on.

He made it to the floor where they all slept. He recognized what door was hers, it was sneaking down the hall was the battle. He realized most of the time, The guard dogs slept in Damian room. Specifically Monday and Thursdays. He snuck pass the rooms, heading to the door with the gold pattern on it. His clothed hand grabbed onto the handle, pressing his ear against the door. Soft music was heard, a song that he recognized to be Quinn's favorite song to play when she was sad.

He twists open the door knob quietly, peering into the room. She sat at her vanity wiping off her face. "You have to stop getting yourself hurt like this..." she muttered pressing a finger to the mirror. "You have no one to blame but yourself!" He crept in quietly, locking the door behind him. He took shuffling footsteps to stand behind her. For awhile, she didn't notice. She was so into her own head that Richie could've slit her throat if he wanted too.

He stood behind her silently, watching her eyes flicker from sadness to confusion. She turned around in her chair, tilting her head. "Okay Jason, very funny." Richie tilted his head in turn, how delusional was this girl? She had her arms crossed for a minute. "Seriously, is this supposed to be a joke? Where did you even find the mask anyway? Party city?" Jade reached up to grab the mask but he grabbed her arm tightly. Her demeanor immediately changed. Her eyes hardened as she tried to snatch her arm back.

"Who the fuck are you"

"Someone who's known you for too long"  He pulled out the towel but the girl had kicked him in his knee. He buckled forward and she kicked her vanity seat towards him. "Goddamnit!" He mumbled, rubbing his knee. "I was hoping you'd put up more of a fight. But I don't have time for games little girl." He had immediately stood up and made his way quickly over to her before she could reach the door. He held a hand on her throat, the small towel still in hand.

"I'm gonna give you one option." He states quietly. "You come with me. And I dont murder everyone in this house" He saw the tears pricking her eyes as Jade clawed into his hand. "What's it gonna be pretty girl?" He saw her stop fighting back and he chuckled. "Good. Aren't you just the smartest?" He placed the towel over her nose and mouth and watched as she slowly passed out.

What he wasn't prepared for was the multiple things being flung around her room, almost everything had came off her vanity and made a loud crash. "It can never be too easy, now can it?" Richie threw the girl over his shoulder and unlocked the door, booking it through the main hall. He could hear the dogs beginning to growl and bark and lights being flickered on. As he made it back to the laundry room, he stopped briefly seeing a purple hamper sitting near the dryer. He sighed and peered into it quickly, grabbing two purple thongs before shoving it in his robe pocket.

He pushed the girl out the laundry room window, following suit afterwards. He loaded her into the wagon and took off to the van. He didn't have time to look back, but he could feel the light radiating from the manor. As he made it to the van, he carefully placed her in the back. He tied her hands with the rope and placed the silk sack on her head. He threw the wagon in the back before closing it up and locking it. He took one last look at Wayne manor, pulling back out his binoculars to peer into the house. Almost everyone was up, rushing towards her bedroom in a panic.

He grins, there's no way he got away with that right? He sat in the drivers seat and sped off down the hill. Looking at the mirror out the corner of his eye, watching the dogs sniff for a trail. He laughs once more before turning out of the complex. He only has one thing to do before returning back to base.

"Your total is five dollars and sixty cents" Richie hands the cashier the exact amount of change. He had to stop and grab him a card, as well as some ribbons and bows for little miss in the back, and he couldn't forget Roman's favorite candy.

"After this, I want a promotion" Richie turns to the back to look at Jade, he had somewhat of a worried look. He hopes he didn't kill her, he didn't even put that much on the towel. So he thinks.

He shakes his head, tomorrow is the day. Christmas was most definitely coming.
