They both looked at themselves in the mirror, stretching with an added yawn.

"You're gonna do great" She pointed at herself as she twists the faucet on.

"You're beautiful..." he whispers with a soft smile. He was waiting, plotting even. He was going to leave with something.

"Roman!" A bang on the bathroom door was heard as the man jumped. "Hurry up! I gotta pee!!" "This is my personal bathroom!!" The man rebutted to the intruder. "Who's in the other bathroom!" "Jill and Amber! And god knows what they're doing" Roman rolls his eyes and unlocks the door for Charlie. Squeezing by right to the toilet. "What, were you talking to yourself?" "Can you not talk to me while you're peeing??" Roman twists the on the faucet to brush his teeth. "You're getting ready so early man, we still got a couple hours til the show"

"Wait you're going?" Roman asked as he puts his toothbrush in his mouth. "I still got to get her flowers..." "Yeah, you remember that clown chick I was messing with?" "...You mean The Trickster? Didn't her boyfriend beat you up?" "Red hood isn't her boyfriend." Charlie rebutted quickly, zipping up his pants and flushing the toilet. "She told me so myself. But, she said she knows nightlight and was able to get me a ticket" Roman spits out the tooth paste and huffs. "How does a villain like her get cozy with Nightlight" "She might debate you on that" Charlie cackled as he turns on the bath faucet to wash his hands.

"Word on the street that Nightlight is pretty fond of cult leaders" Charlie hummed. "Court of Owls?" "I hate them." Roman mumbled as he grabbed his rag to wash his face. "The higher up, their right hand. Names Talon, no one seen his face. He just takes out who they say to take out" Charlie stood up to look at Roman. "But the Owl has been having a thing with Nightlight for a hot minute, at least so I've been told" He pointed as he slowly began to exit. "Just food for thought. I gotta get ready"

Roman clenched his fist on the bathroom sink as his stare hardened. As if he'll let some bird from that elitist society take away his light. He left his bathroom and went straight for his closet, he had to look his best for her and Jaden Wayne. What if Nightlight feels some type of way about him trying to look good for her too? God, decisions.

He decided on a dress shirt with a yellow tie, it had sparkles on the end of it that was sewn on by Quinn per his request. He puts his tie on and looked at himself in the mirror once again, he had a pair of brown slacks he planned on wearing. He had dreams of him in preparing for a wedding being this excited, hell, it kinda is a wedding, right?

Jill bought flowers yesterday for him to bring, yellow roses is what he specifically requested. It's what Nightlight reminds him of, something so refreshing. He grabs a wrist watch and then his dress shoes before walking out of his bedroom.

Downstairs was most of the people who were going, Stu was still in his shared room with billy trying to pry him out. "You, out of all people have nightlight merch?" Quinn eyes his twin, who in turn looks down at his shirt. "What? The JLA was doing a fundraiser...I got it during one of the Flashlight take overs" "Flashlight?" Richie said with amusement behind his voice. "Well...you know" Ethan mumbles, slightly embarrassed as he scratches his cheek. "Impulse and Nightlight...the fans call them Flashlight..."

"Unbelievable" Mickey scoffed, he too was trying not to laugh. "You're a fucking nerd Ethan!!" "Ethan, is a fetus" Stu had finally made his presence known as he pulled his boyfriend down the steps. "He can have normal days!" "Yeah okay, are we all ready?" "No!!" Billy was trying to pry his hand out of Stu's grasp. "I'm not going!" "We are going. We're Ethan's gay dads, we're a family" Stu places a hand on Ethan's shoulder, who smiled in turn.
