Somewhere, far away in an unknown location, a man and a woman begin speaking to each other. The man has an intimidating and angry demeanor, while the woman's is more nonchalant and seductive. They lurk in a dark enclosed room, only surrounded by monitors and screens.

"What a dumbass - a complete fool he was - for thinking we were just going to kill Alice!" the male voice said, banging his fist on the arm of his throne-like chair. "His death serves him right for having such expectations."

"Aww, you get yourself all worked up for nothing, Boss," The woman slowly wrapped her arms around the man's chest from behind who was still seated. "That's why we sent him out anyway right? To get him out of our hair?"

"Yes, I know. But still....his death doesn't satisfy me. Is the body still warm?" He asked.

"Mhm, it hasn't lost all signs of life just yet. She must have killed him recently."

"Good. Put it in the regeneration chamber and keep it alive until the process is complete. I want that idiot to relive his ignorance over and over AND OVER...."

"Relaaaax, dear. We gained some new knowledge about the girl and can start the plan on our terms. It's a win-win, isn't it?" she asked.

"I suppose you're right. We'll give it a little more time, and hit 'em when they least expect it."

"Now that's the Bossy I know!" She slid her tongue over the pointy teeth that stuck out of her mouth before removing her arms from the man, "Let Alice win the battle..."

"....So we can win the war...." he finished her sentence and calmed himself down as the woman exited the room. She went to take care of the business her Boss had requested.

"Julie! Hey Julie!" D'Milo yelled as she gently slapped her face in an attempt to bring her back to consciousness. Julie remained sprawned across her and Alice's lap ever since the battle with Magician had ended, and she concluded the psychic body transfer.

Alice lifted the girl's arms a little, then watched as they fell limb to the ground when she let go. Julie was still limp and unable to move.

"What should we do, Alice?"

"I-I don't know," she was starting to panic, her adrenaline still high from the conclusion of her previous fight. "I wasn't looking when she hit the ground, what happened?"

"I-I have no idea!! She was kneeling over her scepter then suddenly dropped and-"

D'Milo's words were cut off when Julie opened her eyes and revealed white, blank eyeballs without any pupils. She began to speak what seemed like nonsense to Alice, "Hello? It's me! I'm right here? Why are you leaving me? Hello?"
