Solasta Hartz

"You look beautiful, Solasta" My mother stated as she entersmy bedroom with a gasp, clapping before making the statement. I stood infront of my mirror, eyeing myself from head to toe, bathing in precious jewelries and silks from overseas, neat and simple, and a beautiful dress complimented and enhanced by my bright smile.

"Thank you, Mommy..." I smiled at my mother who was satisfied by my look for this evening, she picked this dress for her after all, she knew what she was doing and what would fit me best. Mothers always knows what's best for their children, and I think my outfit for this evening was the proof of that.

"Let's go downstairs, your brother and father are waiting..."

Maybe we can work it out somehow, in movies it works, maybe in some way it will on us too. I just have to trust fate and destiny to wherever they bring me and my future marriage with Caspian, and hope for the best.

"My lovely daughter, Solasta..."

"It's fine." Tanging sagot nito, I do not know what to say, I feel great when he said that but it feels like he is saying thatvit needs or has room for improvement.

"What do you mean fine, Soleil? Your twin sister is beautiful!" My mom softly said as she looked at me and Soleil, Soleil looked at my dad who was seemingly agreeing with my mom.

"Yes mother, she looks beautiful as you've said." Soleil said while he smiled back at our mother softly, fixing his tie before speaking once more.

"Should we go? He suggested as my mother claps and she carefully guides me inside the car like a princess, worried that the dress might get dirty.

"Let's go, mi familia." My father said before closing the limousine's door and gestures for the driver to pump the gas and be on our very way to our destination.

I looked outside the window, clutching my purse softly, thinking of the possible reactions of Caspian when he sees me and my dress, will he like it? Soleil who's quiet and more introverted than him told me it's beautiful, told me that I'm beautiful.

I let myself drown on my own thoughts as I leaned against my seat, nervous a bit for the Reign family, what they'll think of me. They're the ones who proposed the deal to my father, maybe they already like me, but that doesn't guarantee my spot. I have be always flawless and perfect, I have to be someone who's worth to be the wife of a Reign.

I'm going to be the woman that Caspian would want to be around, even if he doesn't like me right now, hates me to be exact, I'll try.

"Good evening, Mr. and Mrs. Hartz." Bati sa amin ng parents ni Caspian, Caspian stood and bowed alongside them as a sign of respect. I smiled softly at him before that smile disappeared as I saw him glaring at me, as if I've committed a grave sin.

"Good evening to you as well Mr. and Mrs. Reign."
