My eyes widened at the sight of a dome-shaped building. It was a marvelous sculptured place and looked like it was made out of marble.

"Wow," Gavin comments as he exits the limo. I look over at him and took note of how cute he looks in a tuxedo. Especially when his dimples show.

I then look over at my outfit, subconsciously. I was wearing the ballet costume that Mrs. Sankford had given me. Too bad she isn't here to watch. Unfortunately, she had to leave to take care of her sick husband. It's a shame, I really want her to be here.

I glance at my mom as she climbs out of the limo along with William. They both were dressed fancy. Mom wore her hair in a bun as she walked in a long silky purple dress. William had his hair gelled back as he waltzed in a tuxedo.

Together, we walk towards the back of the building in hopes that is where the performer entrance is.

There was a muscular bald guy standing outside the door with a clipboard in his hand.

"Name." He says in a gruff voice without looking up.

"Allison Parker." I reply. The man steps aside and opens up the door for me.

Inside, I hear the audience chattering, ballerinas crying, and an "Ally!"

I looked around to see who said my name. And I wasn't surprised when it happened to be a short haired ginger running my way.

"I missed you so much!" Exclaimed Claire as she squeezes the daylight out of me. We break our hug and I then hear, "Boys! Get back here!"

I look to see the twins running for Gavin. Gavin's face lights up as he sees his brothers. I then see Hillary giving me a wide smile and I see the dimples. So that is who he got his delicious dimples from. I give her a small smile and she hugs me tightly.

After the small reunion, everyone leaves me to find seats. But of course, Gavin reluctantly leaves after giving me a peck on the cheek for good luck. I watch them go down the stage steps and into the audience.

I made my way to my dressing room and requested a hairdresser to curl my hair. It took 30 minutes, but once he was done, it was worth it.

Suddenly, the door opens and a guy's head pops out. "5 minutes and your up."

"But it isn't-" I paused as I found my eyes wandering towards the clock.

It was time.

And then I became a nervous wreck. My hands were shaking, I am hyperventilating, and my feet are going numb. I couldn't even put on my ballet slippers by myself.

I took a deep breath as I entered the stage. It took a minute for my eyes to adjust. I tried to not focus on the crowd as a song by Mozart began to play.

Then, my feet began to move by themselves. As I danced, I felt memories flying through my mind. The one memory I never wanted to lose replayed:

"Remember, you have to be graceful." Instructed Mrs. Sankford as she stood beside my father. I looked up at him and giggled for he was making a silly face as Mrs. Sankford instructs.

"Would you like to teach Allison instead Mr. Parker?" Offers Mrs. Sankford.

"Yes, Mrs. Snakeford." He jokes, which makes me giggle some more.

"Daddy, Daddy! Dance with me!" I cheered as I attempted a twirl, but ended up falling on my bottom. He gives me a goofy grin as he lifts me back up and twirls me around. "I am a ballerina!" I giggled.

"Yes, you are."

The music ends as I complete a split. Tears were trailing down and I thanked myself for having my head bend down.

I smiled at myself.

I finally get up, with as much difficulty as I usually do when I perform a split, I looked over to the judges before exiting the stage.

My smile faded.

I had failed.

A/N: Hey! I know this chapter is kind of short, and that I completely failed on this book, but it will be edited. Thanks for hanging with me this long. The final chapters will be up by this Wednesday. I wish I could finish today, but there is no way I can type up the next three chapters today. Sorry for my broken promise :(.

Stay Graceful~K

Ps. This is possibly one of the shortest chapters in this Short Story.
