"The wind has left us," said Drinian.
There was many men below decks rowing the ship through the water. Edmund, Nora, and Marina had raced upstairs and sat on the top deck with Caspian and Drinian. But a dilemma had hit the crew: they have no wind in their sails.
"How do we get to Ramandu's Island now then?" Edmund looked up at the blazing sun warily.
"My guess is that something doesn't want us to get there." Drinian walked away from them.
Get there, eh? thought Marina with a thoughtful expression.
Edmund and Nora exchanged worried glances with frowns. They were both worried that if anyone is going to survive this next approaching battle.

"If I get any hungrier I'm gonna EAT THE DRAGON!" exclaimed one of the sailors.
"Don't worry Eustace." Reepicheep patted Eustace's forehead as he flew near the Dawn Treader. "You have to deal with me first." He gave a defiant glare at the hungry sailor. "Whoa! Careful!" Eustace suddenly veered away quickly.
"If we don't find land tonight we might as well eat the dragon," said Drinian.
Then the ship had sudden picked up with sudden force. It's as if the ship has been caught on a super strong, underwater current. Half the sailors fell down from the sudden force. Edmund helped Nora get back to her feet from the sudden force.
"What did we hit?" asked Nora, breathlessly.
Everyone ran towards the main deck and saw Eustace pulling the ship by wrapping his tail to the dragon figurehead's mouth.
"Eustace, that's brilliant!" proclaimed Edmund proudly.
Everyone started cheering and laughing as the Dragon pulled the ship. "Oh ward ho!" Reepicheep scampered down to the top of the dragon figurehead and took out his sword.

They arrived at a huge, jungle island with ancient buildings. Eustace landed on the shore with Reepicheep on his forehead to rest for a bit.
Birds chirped as the team walked towards the ruined dining room. They all had their swords out, further into the palace. Edmund had his torch (or flashlight) out and Nora had her sword out. The torch shone on the path. The trees overcome the stone walls and statues. They walked into what must have been the dining room. It was a wide place with smooth stones and surrounded by gray pillars, but with the tree branches as the roof. From end to end of the room was a long, stone table laid with a rich crimson cloth that came down nearly to the pavement. On each side was many chairs made of stone with carvings and silken cushions in the seats. There were chicken, geese, ducks, berry pies with shapes of ships, dragons, and stars, ice puddings, gleaming salmon, nuts, grapes, pineapples, peaches, pomegranates, melons, and tropical fruits and drinks. Close to the plates were cups made of gold and silver with the smell of fresh fruit and wine.
"Mmm, food," said Tavros hungrily.
"Wait," ordered Drinian silently, he eyed the food like poison.
His order caused Tavros to give the captain an annoyed look. Edmund and Nora let out horrified gasps. Marina, Lucy, and Caspian drew out their swords. They saw three bearded people overcome by ivy and weeds.
"Lord Revilian," said Caspian, his sword pointed to a ring on one of the men's fingers.
"Lord Mavramorn," Drinian remarked.
"Lord Argoz," Caspian added.
Lucy pushed some hair out of his face and she flinched away with a gasp. "He's breathing."
"So are they," concurred Edmund.
"They're under a spell," said Nora.
"It's the food!" yelled Caspian to his crew.
"Huh?" Tavros dropped the green apple he was eating.
"Hey, it's the Stone Knife." Edmund pointed his torch to the knife.
"So, this is Aslan's Table," said Nora warily and had a slight smile, remembering how she became the First Warrior of Narnia.
"Their swords." Caspian and the others grabbed the Seven Lords' swords and placed them quickly on the table.
"That's six," said Nora, puzzled.
"We are missing one..." started Caspian.
A strange, pretty, starry blue light came from the night sky. The starlight shone down on them, causing everyone to look up. The three girls all looked up at the starry night sky.
"Look," said Lucy, her voice hushed with awe.
The star floated down to them as they watched. The light formed into a beautiful young lady. She is tall with long and curly light blonde hair that hung down her back, dressed in a single long garment of clear, starlight blue that left her arms bare. She walked barefooted. A soft, blue and radiant light glowed from her. Her faced seemed ageless, and she looked at them with an expression that made them feel that she could read their soul. Her voice, when she stepped forward and spoke, carried the sound of the rippling of brooks over polished river rocks.
"Travelers of Narnia, welcome," said the girl.

The sailors bowed before the lovely lady  with the presence of a queen. "Welcome. Please stand. Are you not hungry?" The lady smiled at them with warmth and compassion.
The Narnians did as bidden. As they straightened, Caspian stepped closer, eyes never moving from the lady in front of him. "I am King Caspian X of Narnia. We thank you for your welcome. And, may I assume, for your guidance?"
"I'm Lilliandil, daughter of Ramandu. I am your guide," said the lady, her voice was soft and sweet.
Marina could see that Caspian was giving the glowing girl a loving look. She gave him a swift, but amused glance with an equally amused Nora. Marina smiled warmly and nodded to Lilliandil.
"You are a Star," said Caspian warmly as he, Nora, Marina, and the others walked closer. She smiled and nodded. "You are the most beautiful."
"I... If it's distraction for you. I... I can change form," said Lilliandil, surprisingly shy and unsure.
"No!" said Edmund and Caspian at the same time.
The boys exchanged surprised looks before Edmund gave Nora an apologetic look and set their focus back to Lilliandil. She shrugged, amused and knew that he was more curious than lovestruck. Marina chuckled softly and she silently caught Lilliandil's blue eyes. Lilliandil smiled a bit and her expression softened.
"Please the food is for you." Lilliandil waved her hand and the candles came on. "There is enough for all at Aslan's Table. Always. Help yourselves."
"Wait," said Edmund, wary.
"What happened to them?" Nora nodded at the three sleeping Lords.
"These poor men were half mad by the time they reached our shores," explained Lilliandil. "They were threatened violence upon each other. Violence is forbidden at the Table of Aslan. So they were sent to sleep."
"Will they ever wake?" asked Lucy.
"When all is put right. Come... There is little time," said Lilliandil.
                        ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lilliandil led them (aka Caspian, Edmund, Nora, Lucy, and Marina) towards an open balcony.
"The magician Coriakin told you of the Dark Island?" asked Lilliandil.
"Yes," said Caspian.
They all faced the view of an island. It had green mist expelling from it. It looked like a spider, legs tangled into one another. Marina shivered at the thought. She HATES spiders.
"Before long the evil will be unstoppable, Coriakin said to break the spell we have to lay all Seven Swords on Aslan's Table," said Caspian, dumbstruck at the sight.
"He speaks the truth," reassured Lilliandil.
"I had a vision of it, I saw it happen," said Marina.
"But we only found six," pointed out Edmund. "Do you know where it is?"
"In there." Lilliandil pointed to Dark Island. "You will need great courage. Now waste no time."
"I hope we meet again," said Caspian to her.
"Me too." whispered Lilliandil softly.
She turned to Nora and Marina they gave each other smiles, knowing that they are new friends.
"They will need you. Stay steadfast and spirited. You have nothing to fear. You may have been lost. But your spirits still lives in you two." Lilliandil smiled at Caspian before she flew back as a star into the sky.
