Scene 1: Unexpected Visitor
It was a calm evening at Twinkle's house. The sun was setting, and the cool evening breeze swept through the open windows, ruffling the curtains. Twinkle sat by the window, staring outside, lost in thought. The last few days had been nothing short of confusing. Kunj's words, the tension between them, and the constant pull that seemed to draw them closer—it was all becoming too much to handle.
Her phone buzzed, snapping her out of her trance. It was a message from Kunj: "Meet me at 8. I need to talk to you."
Twinkle's heart skipped a beat. What now? She thought. But she couldn’t avoid it. She didn’t want to avoid it.
A soft knock on the door interrupted her thoughts.
“Come in,” Twinkle called out.
The door creaked open, and her mom, Leela, entered the room with a gentle smile. “Beta, I was just wondering if you’d like to go shopping tomorrow. I heard there’s a sale at the mall. Maybe it’ll help you clear your mind.”
Twinkle smiled faintly, trying to act as normal as possible. “Thanks, Mom, but I think I have some plans tomorrow evening.”
Leela raised an eyebrow but didn’t press further. “Alright, if you say so. But remember, you can always talk to me about anything. You don’t have to bottle things up.”
Twinkle nodded, grateful for her mom's concern, but she knew this wasn’t something she could share yet. The truth about her relationship with Kunj—no matter how complicated or unclear—wasn’t something she was ready to admit.
Leela left the room, and Twinkle sat there for a moment, staring at her phone. What could he want now?

Scene 2: The Coffee Shop Encounter—Again
The coffee shop was busy, more crowded than usual. The quiet buzz of conversations filled the air, but Twinkle’s focus was entirely on Kunj, who was sitting at the same corner booth they had met earlier. He was already staring at her as she walked in, and despite everything that had happened between them, she couldn’t shake off the tension she always felt when they were together.
“Twinkle,” Kunj greeted her as she sat down, his voice steady but holding a weight that she couldn’t ignore.
“Are you going to keep me hanging all day with cryptic messages, or are you going to tell me what you want to talk about?” Twinkle replied, a hint of impatience creeping into her tone.
Kunj leaned back, his hands folded in front of him. “I’ve been thinking a lot about us, about everything. The games, the anger, the pushing and pulling—it’s getting old. I can’t keep pretending like nothing matters.”
Twinkle rolled her eyes but couldn’t stop herself from listening. This again?
“Are we really doing this, Kunj? Playing emotional tug-of-war?” she asked, trying to mask the soft fluttering in her chest. She was supposed to be mad at him, wasn’t she? This was supposed to be over.
Kunj’s gaze softened as he studied her. “You think I’m doing this for fun? For some thrill? No, Twinkle, I’m not that person. I’m tired of pretending that I don’t care. I do, okay? I care, more than I should.”
Twinkle’s heart skipped. She hadn’t expected him to be so... raw. So vulnerable. But she wasn’t going to let her emotions take control just yet. “Why now, Kunj? After everything we’ve been through, why suddenly this change?”
Kunj leaned forward, his eyes piercing through hers. “Because... I’ve had enough. Enough of the games. Enough of this tension. And most of all, enough of pretending like I don’t see what’s right in front of me. I see you, Twinkle. And I’m not going anywhere. Not unless you tell me to leave.”
