The air inside the warehouse felt thick with tension as Kunj stood between Twinkle and Raghav. The moment Raghav's name had been spoken, Twinkle's heart had skipped a beat. She didn't know why, but she could feel the danger creeping closer. The man in front of her was no stranger. There was a connection—one that Kunj had tried so hard to sever. And now, here he was, back to ruin everything.

Raghav smirked, taking a step forward. "It's cute that you think you can protect her, Kunj. You really don't get it, do you?"

Twinkle felt a shiver run down her spine as Raghav's eyes locked onto hers. She was used to Kunj's intensity, his anger, his occasional frustration, but Raghav’s presence was different—he had an air of confidence, of control, like he had everything planned.

Kunj took a protective step in front of Twinkle. His jaw clenched, his fists tight at his sides. "I warned you to stay away from her, Raghav. You don't know what you're dealing with."

"Oh, I know exactly what I'm dealing with," Raghav said, his voice chilling. "I know all about your little love story, Kunj. And I also know how weak you’ve become. You think you're safe, you think hiding behind her is going to help? Well, think again."

Twinkle's confusion turned into frustration. "What do you want, Raghav?" she demanded. "Why are you here, and why are you threatening Kunj?"

Raghav’s eyes flicked to her, as if evaluating her. “Oh, it’s not just Kunj I’m interested in, sweetie. You’ve become part of this game now too.”

Kunj’s expression darkened. "Don't you dare involve her. This is between you and me."

Raghav stepped closer, his voice turning cold and mocking. “You think it’s just between us? You think the choices you’ve made, the people you’ve crossed, don’t have consequences? You think I don’t have enough dirt to destroy everything you've worked for? Your business, your family, your... Twinkle?” His smirk grew wider as he said her name.

Twinkle's heart raced. "You won't get away with this," she said firmly, her hands shaking, but her voice full of resolve. "Whatever you think you have over Kunj, you’re wrong."

Raghav laughed bitterly. "You really don’t understand, do you? All this time, you’ve been the one Kunj’s been trying to protect. But now, you’re a target too. We’ve all been playing a part in something much bigger than we ever realized."

Kunj’s eyes went wide with realization. He stepped forward aggressively, his voice low and seething. “What are you talking about, Raghav?”

Raghav raised his hands, feigning innocence. “Oh, come on, Kunj. You didn’t really think this was just about a few old debts, did you? This is about power. This is about control. And you’ve been a part of it—whether you knew it or not.”

Twinkle felt her knees weaken as the pieces started to fall into place. She had always suspected Kunj was hiding something more dangerous, but she never imagined it would be something so... monumental. “What do you mean? What are you involved in, Kunj?”

Kunj didn’t respond immediately. He was staring at Raghav, trying to piece together the truth himself.

Raghav looked at Kunj with a mixture of amusement and contempt. “You think I’ve just been keeping an eye on you out of nostalgia, huh? No, Kunj. There’s far more to this. There’s a whole network, and your little ‘family business’—the one you’ve been building for years—wasn’t as innocent as you thought. You’re in deeper than you realize.”

Twinkle turned to Kunj, her eyes full of questions. “Kunj, what is he talking about? Is this... is this the real reason you’ve been so distant? You’ve been hiding something this huge?”

Kunj looked at her, his face torn between the love he felt for her and the guilt of everything he had kept hidden. “Twinkle, it’s complicated. I thought I could protect you from it, but now I know I can’t.”

Twinkle shook her head in frustration. “No, Kunj. I don’t want any more secrets. If we’re going to get through this, I need to know everything. No more running away.”

Kunj took a deep breath, his eyes searching hers. “Okay. You deserve the truth. Raghav’s right about one thing—this is bigger than what I imagined. I’ve been working with people who were... well, less than legal. I thought I could get out, but every time I tried, they pulled me back in. And now... now, they’re using you to get to me.”

Twinkle felt like the ground had slipped out from under her. She stepped back, her head spinning with the gravity of Kunj’s confession. “So, all this time... you’ve been involved with them? The people who’ve been threatening us?”

Kunj’s eyes were filled with regret. “I had no choice, Twinkle. I got in too deep, and they don’t let go. They used my family to get to me, and now they’re using you.”

A tear slid down Twinkle’s cheek as she tried to process it all. Her mind was racing with a thousand questions. How could she have been so blind? How had she let herself fall so completely for someone who was hiding this dark side of himself?

But before she could say anything, Raghav stepped in again, his voice cutting through the tension like a knife.

“You still don’t get it, do you, Kunj? You can’t protect her anymore. Not from me, not from them.”

Kunj turned to face him, his posture tense. “I’ll stop you, Raghav. I’ll stop all of you.”

Raghav raised an eyebrow, clearly amused. “Stop me? Oh, Kunj... you’ve been trying to escape the trap for years, and it’s only tightening around you. You really think you can just cut ties now? You think I won’t come after you?”

Kunj stood his ground, his fists clenched. “I don’t care what you do to me. But you will not hurt Twinkle. I won’t let that happen.”

Twinkle, though still overwhelmed by the news, stepped forward. She placed her hand on Kunj’s arm, trying to calm him. “Kunj, we’ll figure this out. Together.”

Raghav chuckled. “Together? How cute. But in the end, Kunj, you’re on your own. You’re nothing more than a puppet in their game. And Twinkle—she’s just collateral damage.”

Twinkle’s eyes burned with defiance. “No, Raghav. You’ve underestimated both of us.”

Kunj turned to her, his expression softening for just a second. “Twinkle...”

But before he could say anything more, a voice broke through the silence from the shadows at the back of the warehouse.

“Enough, Raghav.”

Both Raghav and Kunj turned, their eyes widening in disbelief.

A figure stepped forward from the darkness, and Twinkle’s breath caught in her throat as she recognized the person.

“Sid...” she whispered, her heart thudding.

Sid. The one person Kunj had never wanted to see again.
