Scene 1: The Morning After

The sun had barely peeked over the horizon, casting a soft, golden hue across Twinkle’s room. The night’s events were still fresh in her mind—Kunj’s words, his quiet honesty. She had never expected him to be so… open. She had been preparing herself to get back to her usual routine, keeping her emotions at bay, but for some reason, her thoughts kept drifting back to him. Was it all part of his game? Or was there something else going on?

Twinkle sat up in bed, her eyes wandering across her room. She could hear her mother in the kitchen downstairs, the soft hum of a conversation with Leela, but there was no escaping the thoughts that plagued her mind.

What was Kunj really trying to say? They had argued, fought, and hated each other for so long, but could there be a shift? A change, maybe?

Her phone buzzed on the nightstand, dragging her out of her thoughts. "Meet me at the coffee shop at 11. We need to talk." It was from Kunj.

Twinkle groaned, throwing herself back on the bed. What could he possibly want now?

But she knew, deep down, that she would go. She had no choice. Kunj wouldn’t stop until she showed up, and who knew, maybe this time, it would be different.

Twinkle sighed and got out of bed. There was no point in avoiding it.

Scene 2: The Coffee Shop Encounter

The coffee shop had a quiet, almost serene ambiance, but it couldn’t escape the tension hanging in the air as Twinkle stepped inside. Kunj was sitting at the corner booth, his back to her. The soft clink of coffee cups and murmur of conversations around them felt distant, as if everything in the world had paused for this moment.

Twinkle walked toward him, her heels clicking sharply against the wooden floor. She stood before him for a second, watching him intently as he typed something into his phone.

“What now, Kunj? Why am I here?” Twinkle asked, her voice sharp but laced with curiosity.

He looked up slowly, as if he had been expecting her. The corner of his mouth twitched into a small smile. "You think I don’t know what’s going on in your head, Twinkle?"

Twinkle raised an eyebrow. “And what exactly is going on in my head, Kunj?”

He leaned forward, his eyes fixed on hers. "I know you're confused. You’re not sure whether to hate me, like me, or just throw me out of your life completely. But here's the thing—I'm not as easy to get rid of as you think."

Twinkle’s heart raced at his words. She wasn’t sure whether she should be angry or just take a step back and laugh. He was never one to mince words, but this... this was different.

"Why would I even want you in my life, Kunj?" Twinkle replied, trying to mask the swirling emotions inside. “You've made my life hell for so long, and now you think I'm supposed to just... forget all of that?”

Kunj leaned back, his expression softening. “I’m not asking you to forget, Twinkle. I’m asking you to stop pretending you don’t feel anything. It’s obvious. This game we’re playing, the back-and-forth—it’s getting old.”

Twinkle froze for a second. Feel anything? Her mind immediately went into overdrive, trying to deny the possibility. “You’re insane.”

“I know I am,” Kunj said with a half-smirk. “But you’re not so different, are you? This—whatever this is—it’s not just me.”

Twinkle opened her mouth to retort but found herself at a loss for words. For the first time, Kunj wasn’t the arrogant, cocky person she had always known. He wasn’t trying to provoke her. He wasn’t trying to get under her skin. He was just… talking.
