Chapter 52 the start of the trip

3rd pov

RJ woke up from his alarm on the phone. He groaned as he got up.

''RJ'', a raspy voiced Sarah said. He turned around to look at the girl who was half asleep.

''hey Sar. Just go back to sleep. I'll be back soon''. The girl stood up from her laying position and looked at the Routledge boy.

''right you and John B have that thing with my dad'', she reminded. The boy nods as he takes clothes on him. ''that's right. I don't wanna make your father upset by not showing. I mean JB won't be so happy either if I bailed. Him alone with Ward. Yeah he'd be pissed at me for a week'', the boy chuckled.

Sarah just smiles as she watches the boy get dressed. ''yeah I don't think John B would forgive you that easily''.

''yeah no he would not at all. He would definetely get back at me somehow'', he stated.

RJ was fully dressed now. swimming trunks on, a white tank top and of course his cap that he got from his dad for his birthday two years ago.

The Cameron girl got fully up from the bed and walked over to her boyfriend. She leaned in and captured his lip into a delicate kiss.

They parted away, but not fully as their foreheads were touching each other.

''last night um was something'', Sarah confessed. RJ lightly smiles at her. ''uh yeah it was. I hope you don't mean as a mistake tho''.

Sarah shook her head at him. ''no, I mean it, RJ. It couldn't have been more romantic in my opinion. It was great and so much more'', she exclaimed. The boy looks at the girl with mesmerized eyes. ''I couldn't agree more princess''.

The Routledge boy leaned in and kissed his girlfriend with so much passion as if he didn't know when he was going to see her again. It didn't bother the Cameron girl as she kissed him with equal passion.

''wow. Hey knock it off you two. I don't think Sarah's father would like to pass by and see his daughter on her boyfriend's room and see them making out'', John B made his presences known for the two.

They broke apart and RJ looked at him. '' you know sometimes JB you can really annoy the shit of me'', he stated. John B rolled his eyes. ''you too bro. We should go. Ward's waiting at the druthers and he don't want us to be late. Certainly not if he knew you were sucking his daughter's face''.

RJ points at him. ''you out now. I'll meet you downstairs soon''. He held his hands up. ''sure, right. Just hurry up, doofus'', he said with a tone as he walked away from them.

RJ sighs.

RJ's pov

I looked at Sarah seeing she was looking at me and had a smile on her. ''what?''. She shook her head. ''nothing. It's that you and John B's relationship is just normal''. I furrowed my brow at her. ''normal? What do you mean?''.

She gives me a light nudge. ''yeah like. I mean me and Whezzie has like it the sister bond. Rafe on the other hand not so much. You know how he is and, well he and I aren't on the best terms''.

I could see she didn't like Rafe that much. I took my hand upon her cheek and caressed it. ''hey look. Rafe is a douche. He's not caring about anyone than himself. I know it can suck sometimes, but hey you can have JB as an extra brother. I can share him with you, just not I'm sharing you with him. You get the picture''.

She laughed at me. ''yeah I do RJ. Thank you, but now get going or both of them are going to come her'', she referred to JB and Ward.

I gave her a kiss on the cheek. ''bye. I'll see you later princesse. Don't miss me to much'', I said as I walked to the door.
