He couldn't believe it. He couldn't believe any of it. How could Hawks of all people be the son of a villain?
How could Hawks be abused and neglected just like he was?
How could Hawks be taken and controlled by the HPSC to follow orders and only orders?
How could Hawks be so tough to never break?
He wished he was as tough. At least, then, he wouldn't be the one crying about the man's story.
"You were just a kid. You're still just a kid!" Izuku exclaimed, making the man sigh.
"Well, I am 18, so technically, not a kid." Hawks said as he patted the boys head.
"That's no excuse! Why are all parents so damn horrible?!" Izuku shouted as he tightened the hug around the man.
"I don't know. I really don't know." Hawks answered with dull eyes.
Neither of them knew anything. Everything was do damn confusing and annoying.
After about an hour, Izuku spoke up, startling the tired man.
"May I..." Izuku doze off, staring down in shame.
"May you what, Angel?" Hawks asked as he sat up.
"I... May I kiss you?" Izuku mumbled, shocking the man.
"You promised that I get a kiss once you tell me some stuff that you wanted to tell me. Aren't those the stuff?" Izuku shot.
Hawks sighed at that before a smile crept onto his face.
"I guess I did promise you, Angel." Hawks mumbled as he stoo up, extending his hand forward to the teen.
Izuku smiled at him before taking his hand and standing. He put his hands before his back and tilted his head, waiting for the man to initiate the kiss.
The latter didn't, however. His wings opened, and he motioned for Izuku to do the same with his, the latter immediately understanding and doing as said.
"Let me fulfil my promise." Hawks said as he started flying.
Izuku stared with awe for a second before also starting to fly, his wings moving alongside Hawks's.
The man held his hand, and they both flew, Izuku's wings following the man's lead.
They flew around for a few minutes until they reached a forest.
"It's so pretty." Izuku mumbled.
"It's okay. It's not what I came here for, though." Hawks nodded as he stared upwards.
Izuku followed his gaze and was met with the moon in a full state.
"You're always glowing, but your light is special under the moon, my Angel." Hawks spoke as he held the boy's waist.
Izuku's blush started increasing at that as not only was the maroon around his cheeks more prominent, but the rest of his body also started gaining a similar hue.
"You're so cute." Hawks mumbled as he raised his head.
Both of their wings flapped together as they levitated upwards.
Izuku could feel the moon next to him, but he didn't bother focus on it for even a second.
Instead, his focus wad solely on the man that had Izuku's head resting on his fingers.
"Shine for me, Angel." The boy said as he leaned in.
Izuku's smile spread at that as he felt his eyes glowing. His halo appeared, and his wings extended in length, making Hawks's smile spread even harder.
"Pretty boy." He mumbled as he finally attached their lips.
Izuku's eyes immediately closed at that as he extended his arm to rest it on the man's shoulders.
Hawks's hands both surrounded the teen's waist while Izuku's own rested on his shoulder.
He felt Hawks's every inch. He felt every cell. He felt the man in his body and soul.
Once Izuku kissed back, the halo on his head descended and started wrapping around his body.
His scars glew again as energy stripes left his body and surrounded Hawks, confusing both.
The man tried to stop, but they both seemed stuck. For minutes, that remained the case, as energy surrounded both of them, pushing them closer.
Once that was done, the energy dispersed as the 2 broke free, surprisingly not out of breath.
"What was tha- what's this?" Hawks asked as he noticed a necklace appearing on his neck.
The teen's eyes widened as he raised his own necklace, putting it next to Hawks's.
"They're the same!" Izuku exclaimed.
"Yeah... but why? Also, how the hell did it appear on me?" Hawks asked.
Izuku could only shrug. He had no idea. He just knew that he hated the fact that he couldn't have his kiss in peace.
"What's wrong, Angel?" Hawks asked as he noticed the teen looking down, visibly disappointed.
"I just... I'm sorry I ruined the kiss. I don't know why that happened, and I just I -" the teen's rambling was cut odd by Hawks's lips.
For a second, the hero remained there, containing the teen's lips in his own while holding his face.
"You'll have enough. Don't worry about the first." Hawks said with a smile.
Izuku beamed up immediately at that. Like literally. He actually smiled while light radiated off of him.
Hawks's eyes widened as he expected the energy to explode or something, but Izuku just hugged him, his energy ciesing in the process.
"You better promise me that." He spoke, making Hawks smile.
"Oh, I promise, Angel." The older man replied with a smirk of his own.
And he did keep that promise. He kept it for the few days they had left before Izuku was supposed to be done with the interfernship and ready to head back to his class.
"I wish I could just keep you with me. Would U.A. allow me to?" Hawks asked as he had the teen in his arms.
Izuku giggled at that, making the man stare at him with awe, his eyes sparkling.
"Of course not. Even if they allowed it, how could I leave? I still need to be a pro hero. Then, we cab stay together." Izuku giggled as he tightened the hug.
"And if I ask the HPSC to allow me to take you as my sidekick?" Hawks asked, tracing a hand in circular motion around Izuku's neck.
"I'm a first year. U.A. and the HPSC both won't allow it." Izuku said.
"You're not any first year, Angel. You're special." Hawks giggled
"You think so." Izuku answered as they let go.
"Eeryone thinks so, Angel. You are special, whether you like it or not."
