Lois "Well good evening everyone. I usually start these interviews in the morning but the guest I'm here with was busy saving lives, doing what she does best. Cassie Sandsmark that is, Cassie, welcome to the podcast"

Cassie "Thanks Lois"

L "So your mom Helena has given your backstory so it's best we skip over that. So what more can you tell us?"

C "Well my mom told it well. About my origin and how I came to be. So I guess I'll reiterate the point where learning about Wonder Woman inspired me to join my mom's cause. We found the artefacts that lead to where I am now, I got taken into Themyscira and now I am a Wonder Girl"

L "From what I hear, you had a rough introduction?"

C "It was, a fault of mine that is. I disagreed with Queen Hippolyta's decision to keep the artefacts she rightfully had to so I did an unforgivable crime and stole items from the palace including a ruby given by her late wife. These artefacts invoked my power and I was taken back to Themyscira for aid and support, the Amazons were forgiving and saved my life. From then on I settled there. I felt regret and guilty but they forgave me. That's when I knew I was looking at a family who the world desperately needs to guide. A family I joined"

L "So how did your powers start?"

C "Like my mom implied, it's Zeus. I am his daughter but he has abandoned me for reasons I don't know. But when my mother Hippolyta adopted me, she assured me I am safe. That Hera was watching over me along with other goddesses. I have not felt my father's presence at all, just the love of these women. It was the women who taught me how to control this power when I trained on Themyscira. The artefacts invoked it but my family guided it. When I first awoke on Themyscira, I accidentally blasted a bolt at Becca and injured her. She forgave me of course and has been my support but from then on I knew I had to control everything to avoid further damage"

L "A very interesting origin with a lot of self-realization and thoughts. I get you are in your early days but what more can you tell us about being a Wonder Girl"

C "Well, it's rewarding but hardwork. I work everyday and at times I feel exhausted. But Diana and Donna urge me to take breaks and not stress myself, advice our Becca gave to them. I have downtime, I have hobbies and I make time for my friends and family. Its just getting into the swing of things really"

L "It is, which is why this interview is shorter than my usual ones. One final thing is, what of your half-brother Firstborn?"

C "He was manipulative and tried to recruit me. He was someone even Zeus himself feared. He was imprisoned for centuries till he used me to escape. He forged a connection but I resisted. The battle of Delphi which you reported took place and we ensured the public is safe. We saved the world, us WonderFam and that includes you too Lois"

L "Aww thanks"

C "Firstborn is away from humanity and that's what matters. I am Cassie Sandsmark, daughter of Helena and Hippolyta"
