After a quick discussion, it was decided that John B, JJ, and I would go meet Boogie. The rest of the team would head back home to take care of the shop and start figuring out the details for the rescue of the necklace.

So here I am, walking alongside my brother after we left the Twinkie parked on the side of the road. The deck is packed with people, the noise, the chaos... it reminds me of last year when we came here looking for Barracuda Mike, hoping he'd help us get to South America.

"I hate this place," I say, scrunching up my nose as the smell of stale beer and saltwater hits me.

"I told you to stay at home." John B snorts, pulling me closer when a drunk guy stumbles by, narrowly avoiding us.

"And let you and JJ handle this on your own?" I scoff, "Yeah, no thanks."

"Where is he, by the way?" My brother asks, scanning the crowd for JJ.

I sweep my eyes over the group, until I spot a familiar blonde head poking out from under a hat. I point in his direction, a small smile creeping onto my face. "There."

JJ is leaning against his bike, parking it right in front of the Rockfish, a self-satisfied grin spread across his face. "I can't believe you chose the Twinkie over this sweet ride," he says, giving the bike a pat.

"That is a death trap. I'm not getting on it unless I absolutely need to." I say, and John B chuckles to himself. I turn my head to look at him, and squint my eyes, "What?"

"Same as JJ and you still get on him." John B shrugs, wearing a teasing smirk.

My jaw almost hits the floor as I stare wide eyed at my twin. Did he just- am I dreaming? Is this a joke? JJ reaches to grab my arm, leaning forward until I can feel his breath on my ear.

"Did he just-" He murmurs.

"I think so, yeah."

"Did hell freeze over?"

"Alright, it was just a joke!" John B laughs, wrapping his arms around both JJ and me, one on each side. "Would you rather have me trying to kill you for breaking the no pogue on pogue macking rule?"

"No, bro." JJ pats my brother's chest, but his eyes flicker to me, looking completely confused.

"Are you, like, drunk or something?" I ask, raising an eyebrow.

"I'm fine," John B insists, holding up his hand to dismiss the concern, "You think Boogie's gonna be here?" He then asks JJ.

"Yeah, it's where all the coast guards hang."
