On the night of October 23rd, her life shatters.
A seven-year-old girl wakes in silence, her body broken and her spirit trembling.
With nothing but pain and moon to guide her, she escapes into the darkness, bleeding, barefoot, and alone.
Under a pal...
October 23rd was her birthday; she was going to be 7 years old.

Her parents never celebrated her birthday, but she knew through her school because she had seen one group of her classmates celebrate one of their friends' birthdays, and the birthday girl told them about the gifts she got from her parents and other family members. She wondered why her parents didn't do the same, but she never demanded or said anything to anyone. She didn't hate the day she was born until her 7th birthday.

She also had her art paper due in school. She was ecstatic, hoping her father would grant her two birthday wishes and thinking that her father would change his behavior toward her because it was her birthday. She was happy, but he didn't even know anything about her: the day she was born, which class she was studying in, or what she was doing in her life. He wasn't even interested. She decided what she was going to ask him for tomorrow: to pick up her mother to take her home and a colored pencil box for her art project.
She spent the holiday that was scheduled for October 22nd. In the evening, she eagerly waited for her father to return home after he had said he was going to visit one of his friends.
As he arrived at 8:00 pm, she noticed he was in an exceptionally good mood.
At 8:30 pm, he finished dinner.
A few minutes later, she entered his room and said, "Father, I need a colored pencil box; tomorrow is my art exam. And please, bring Mom back home."
She emphasized that it was her birthday wish he was granting her.
Meanwhile, his phone rang, and he cut the call, then turned to her and said, "Okay."
On the evening of October 23rd, at 6 o'clock, they were on their way.
She was overjoyed, and suddenly he stopped the car and said there was some issue with the car.

Thinking they had arrived at the shop, she gladly exited the vehicle. To her surprise, he also stepped out, and they stood together on the left side of the road. The road was silent; there was no one she could see. There was not even a sound in that area. She had seen this area before but had never stood there, and it scared her. The houses looked strange.
The darkness was unsettling, as there were no streetlights. Her fear escalated when she realized there was no shop in sight.
Then he pushed her. Unbeknownst to her, a large hole had been dug on the side of the road. She fell into it, getting injured. Overwhelmed with pain and fear, she wept uncontrollably.
He started yelling at her, "Useless girl, get up! You can't even walk properly; that's why you fell," and she believed his words.
He pointed his finger toward a house and said, "Stay there; it's my friend's house. Tell him you are Harry's daughter, and I'll be right back. The car is damaged because of this road."
She did as he said, and then his friend opened the door and welcomed her. After she said she was Harry's daughter, he gave her water, and she drank it. Everything suddenly became a blur to her, and she fainted.
She lay insensible, and when she finally opened her eyes, she found herself in a large, unfamiliar room.
There was a very bad smell coming from this room.
Her wounds were still bleeding and throbbing with excruciating pain. Desperate for help, she began calling out for her dad, but no one responded.

After what felt like an eternity, her mind was still giving her blurred vision, and she wondered why her hands were not moving. She started screaming, calling for her mom, but it was all in vain.
