Chapter 15

"It was Sikander."

Riya and Arjun announced together as all the officers of the Sikander case were once again in Raghu sir's house.

Yesterday just as they snapped out from their daze after realising it was Sikander, they quickly called Raghu sir to inform him. He wanted to have the meeting as soon as possible and was hell bent on coming to meet them to make sure they were fine.

However both the officers managed to convince him to postpone this meeting till the next morning and that they were fine.

So now, here they were, all 6 of them along with Raghu sir of course. It was a Monday morning and sameer, arjun and riya had to go back to etf, but this meeting was necessary.

Yesterday Arjun left Riya's house after making sure she was really okay. And today Riya was bombarded with questions as soon as she entered Raghu sir's house.

Sheetal, Karan and Veer freaked out real bad. Car accidents had taken a toll on their mental health ever since the day abhimaan died.

Sameer and Raghu sir were equally concerned.

But it was Arjun who asked her the most questions.

"Are you okay now?"
"Does it hurt much?"
"Do you need to go for a checkup?"
"Did you apply the ointment?"
"Does it need a dressing?"

And Riya had to answer each of them one by one.

Both the officers narrated everything that happened after they left Sameer's house.

"That means he knows that we are after him again."

Veer said making everyone nod their heads.

"Wait then, was it him who had put the bomb yesterday?"

Karan asked as realisation dawned upon him.

"I think it was. Sheetal, please see if the fingerprints of this letter or the stone match with the ones we got on the window. "

Riya said making the mentioned girl nod her head in response.

"Did you see his face? Or side profile?"

Raghu sir asked making the duo shake their heads in negative.

"We need to check the cctv too. We can surely find the car number and maybe a glimpse of his face too if we are lucky."

Sameer suggested to which everyone agreed.

"Sir, here are the files on yesterday's drug dealing case. It's not confirmed if it's sikander, but the proofs indicate so."

Arjun said handing over the files to Raghu sir.

"And here are the informations on the mafias sir."

Karan said as he handed over the files too.

"Ok team, good job. I'll go through these files and see what I can do. By then, Karan and Veer, you both get the cctv of the road and find out the car number. Sheetal, find out if the fingerprints matched, by today. We'll meet here again tomorrow morning."

"Yes sir."

Everyone bowed as they got out of the house.

"Gosh Ri, you shit scared us." Sheetal said as she engulfed Riya in a hug. And soon enough, Veer and Karan joined in the hug too.

"That bastard, he's going to pay for everything."

"I'm having serious bloodlust for him."

"Don't worry guys we'll get him this time." Riya said as she broke the hug and patted the three of them on their backs.
