Basically the Zexal anime. However, my oc will duel some of Yuma's duels instead. There will be a few other significant changes. Still I hope that this story will be enjoyable to read.
Striker: Let's duel! After all, this soccer ball picked you! Now there's no going back.
Yuma: Huh? Is this guy for real?
Striker: Yeah I'm for real, and you're in real trouble. Because if you think I have skills when it comes to kickin' it, just wait till you see the moves that I make out on the duel field.
Yuma: Are those cards on there? He asked seeing that his soccerball was made of cards.
Striker: Now, put up your heart piece and let's go!
Yuma: Aw yeah! I like your style, straight to business. Oh hey, I'm Yuma Tsukumo. Who are you?
Striker: The name is Striker.
Caswell: Did he say striker?
Tori: You know him?
Caswell: Maybe. That name sure sounds familiar.
Man A: Alright, here we go!
Striker: Time to kick this carnival off!
Yuma: Let's do this! Cuz I'm...feeling the flow! Duel disk go! Now, time to set my sights on winning! Duel gazer, let's roll!
Yuma & Striker: Now let's duel!

Astral: Gogogo Golem played in DEF?Smart move. With all the trash talk our fancy foot-working friend was kicking up, I figured you would foolishly go on the attack. Clearly I am rubbing off on you.
Yuma: Grr! Ya know, if you keep taking the credit I'll attack you!
Striker: I don't know who you're talking to over there, but I know that after my first move, you won't be talking to anyone cuz you're gonna be speechless. Here we go. I draw! Just what I was hoping, it's the Field Spell card known as Stadium of Dreams!

The field suddenly changes into a soccer stadium. Not was the location changed, but Yuma and Kai's clothes were changed too. Yuma was a soccer player and Kai was a referee.
Yuma: Huh? You're kiddin' me!
Kai: Least I'm not the waterboy.
They weren't the only ones. Tori and her friend's attire changed making them cheerleaders.
Tori: This is not my look.
Cathy: So cool! It's like we're at a soccer game!
Caswell: Indeed it is, and it looks like we're gonna be the ones calling it in front of all these fine people! And if their cheers are any sign, I'd say this Stafium of Dreams is their dream come true!
[Cheering]
Yuma: Whoa! T-this can't be!
Striker: It can and it is. And there's more too, cuz now Stadium of Dreams switches all facedowns in DEF to faceup!
