SUMMARY FOR PART 1!
Arranya Awasthi faced the loss of her brother due to COVID and after a few months of the tragic incident in her life, her childhood best friend who she fell in love with... Pranked her about him falling for her but he never did that broke her heart completely.
She got into one of the topmost medical college of India where her brother, Aryan Awasthi got selected as well but he died due to the pandemic in his first year of college because of receiving delayed treatment.
However, when Ari went to the medical college as well, she her 3 wonderful friends, Aviral Kaushik, Ananya Mishra, and Samar Sharma.
They helped her in healing herself but Aviral especially helped her heal from her love life. He took her stand in front of Vansh (who she loved) when he came to apologize to her.
But destiny had other plans.
Arranya and Aviral found that the person named Rohan who was their senior at college, was the same guy who stole Arranya's injections she needed for her brother's treatment that night which caused the delay and she lost her brother.
Rohan stole those injections for his sister who couldn't be saved either but he got to know that Arranya was his own best friend's sister from whom he stole the injections, so out of guilt, he himself admitted his crime and went to jail for 10 years.
But for Ari and Avi, they had to part ways because Aviral's father who was coma for the last 3 years had finally woken up, and since Aviral was close to his father, he had to shift to New York to take care of him in there in New York itself, because his dad had signed the divorce papers the same night he got into his accident and went to coma almost instantly.
