6 | Fight Or Misunderstanding?

"Should I dro—" Aarav, the handsome new senior questioned when Aviral cuts him off by circling his arm around Arranya with a tight smile.

"We live together," he blurted.

But the 6 eyes of Samar, Ari, and Aarav forthwith stared at him. Samar and Arranya's were more intense as Aviral's sentence didn't feel right.

"I mean..." Avi gulped once, correcting himself. "-that Ari and I live in the same apartment so... Well go together like always so you don't need to bother,"

The boy awkwardly chuckled at the three people around him.

Ari danced her brows in oblivion.

"Oh," Aarav chuckled weirdly. "Okay then, see you tomorrow," he greeted everyone but shook hands with Arranya before he left.

Although he wanted to give her a friendly hug, but since she was caged by Aviral, he couldn't do so.

"What a weird boy," he thought on his way back home.

"Chalein?" Aviral was however relieved that now Ari was all alone and he can get sometime with himself after the entire day.

"Kyu nahi," but her reaction seemed upset. He slightly pushed his arm off her shoulder, going back inside the hospital to pack her stuff in displeasure regarding Aviral's weird behaviour with Aarav.

It wasn't that she was upset about him behaving in a certain way in front of someone, but it was more about him acting aloof all of a sudden that she didn't enjoy.

Samar sighed at the sight of the two being disquieted with each other.

"What's gotten into her?" Avi innocently questioned to Samar, looking in her direction.

"If you'll behave this way, even I would be offended," the brunet replied honestly with done expressions.

"What did I do?" Aviral stressed at words, curious to know what went wrong all of a sudden when he was just trying to be accurate.

"Bro—" Samar breathed in.

He titled Aviral's face to make him look at himself in the eyes rather than looking like an obsessed lover in the open ground.

"That sounded rude. The way you barged in when Aarav was talking to Ari and you just jumped in saying that you two live together or whatever. That would obviously go unhandy with any girl,"

He explained precisely. Aviral was trying to just process when they saw Anna running towards the boys with her arms open wide for both of them, and a bright smile lingering on her face.

The boys hugged the female lovingly. She held onto Samar's arm afterwards, giving him a small peck secretly to share a sweet moment with her boyfriend.

"Kya hua tujhe? Muh kyu latka rakha hai? Breakup ho gaya kya?" Anna made fun of her male best friend who sighed in the other direction.

Samar tapped on her fingers those were wrapped around his arm to indicate her to be silent about it and he'll explain later about what happened.

And there Aviral saw Ari walking with heavy steps towards him but she didn't halt for him.

As she was near the trio, she only greeted Samar and Anna a goodbye and walked past Aviral with her bag, not glancing at the man.

"Bye guys, see you tomorrow," she said and walked away.

Aviral loosely gave a side hug to the couple next to him as he followed Arranya behind afterwards.
