After 8 months....
Jeedarh opened her eyes again ,and let out a groan as she adjusted her position on the bed.
Hoping to get at least 30 minutes sleep, she was very deprived of sleep, her mind wouldn’t stop bringing the vile and the wildest image as soon as she closes her eyes and no matter how she try to ignore the thought instead it kept coming so she didn’t have choice than to ditch the sleep together.
Her distress leads to tears, and Ashraf, sensing her turmoil, wakes up and comforts her.
Ashraf's gentle, worried tone snapped her out of her thought.
“Babe why are you awake ,do you need something, you should have woke me up ,please you know ,I don’t like seeing you this way “He said worriedly since she won’t stop crying
“Ash” jeedarh called sniffing
“Hmmm”he answered
she expresses her deep love and fear of losing him. Ashraf's response is tender, kissing away her tears and holding her close, creating a sense of safety and security.
“Of course nothing in this world will ever separate us jeedarh, please you are scaring me ,you know the doctor complained about you not getting enough sleep please stop crying “ash said kissing her both eyes
“Now let’s sleep “he said and lay her head on his chest with his hands wrapped around her
“Good night little tigress”ash said closing his eyes
“Good night ash”jeedarh said closing her eyes too

Next morning ashraf gets ready for work ,while jeedarh stares at him ,not wanting him to leave .
“Can’t you stop staring at this handsome husband of yours “ ashraf said smirking at her
“Seriously? I was only staring at you so I won’t miss you too much “jeedarh said scoffing
“ I will miss you too ,but not too much because I will be coming back early ok?” He said kissing her both cheek, nose ,forehead then lips making her giggling like a child .
“ I really don’t feel like leaving you today or should I just stay “he asked arching his brows
“Nope go to work naughty man “ jeedarh said pushing him out of the door before locking it.
Jeedarh then prepares to visit doctor samad ,wearing ashraf‘ baggy clothes and a veil with a sunshade glass to disguise herself.
Grabbing her car keys she got into the car and drove off .
On her way back home ashraf call came in,she was nervous and hesitant to pick ,worried that he might have returned home early.

"A sudden wave of dizziness washed over her, followed by a throbbing headache. Disoriented, she clutched her stomach protectively, instinctively cradling her unborn child. But before she could even process what was happening, a second car came careening around the corner, crashing into her vehicle with a deafening impact. Time seemed to slow as she watched in horror, her hand still shielding her belly, praying that her baby would be spared from the chaos unfolding around her."
“Slowly slowly her eyes closed ,she tried keeping it open ,for her ash and her unborn baby ,but then Allah has a different plan.”

"Ashraf paced back and forth in their living room, his mind racing with worry. He had been waiting for Jeedarh to return home, but the hours ticked by with no sign of her. The phone rang repeatedly, shrill and insistent, but there was no answer. Each unanswered call added to Ashraf's growing unease, his heart heavy with a sense of foreboding.Earlier that day, Ashraf had left work feeling uncharacteristically restless. Everything seemed off, and he couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. He had tried to focus during the meeting, but his mind kept drifting back to Jeedarh. What could be wrong? He had never felt this way before, this nagging sense of dread that something was amiss.
Unable to concentrate, Ashraf had cut his day short, eager to return home and ensure Jeedarh's safety. Now, as the silence stretched out before him, he couldn't help but wonder if something terrible had happened. The ringing phone, the empty rooms, the oppressive silence – it all combined to create a sense of impending doom that Ashraf couldn't shake."

"In the emergency ward, Jeedarh lay motionless on a stretcher, her condition critical. The doctors and nurses buzzed around her, their faces etched with concern. But they were flying blind - they knew nothing about their patient. No medical history, no allergies, no emergency contacts. How could they treat her effectively when they knew nothing about her?
Just as the doctor was about to wheel her into the operating theater, a nurse spoke up. 'Wait, I recognize her. She was here with her husband, Mr. Ashraf, during their last visit.' The doctor's eyes narrowed. 'Are you sure?' The nurse nodded. 'Yes, sir. She's his wife.'
The doctor quickly requested a registry backup, and after an agonizing wait, they finally found Ashraf's contact information. A nurse quickly dialed the number, and a doctor spoke urgently into the phone. 'Sir, we have a patient here, Mrs. Ashraf. You were her guardian on her last visit. We need to see you now. She's in danger.'
With that, the doctor hung up and rushed Jeedarh into the operating theater, leaving Ashraf's fate - and Jeedarh's - hanging in the balance."

"Ashraf's world came crashing down when he received the frantic call from the hospital, informing him that his wife had been in a terrible accident and was fighting for her life. He rushed to the hospital, his heart racing with every passing second. As he burst through the doors, he was met with a blur of worried faces and sterile smells. He demanded to know his wife's condition, but the doctors' somber expressions only added to his growing sense of dread. Finally, a doctor approached him, his voice low and grave. 'I'm so sorry, Ashraf. We did everything we could, but...we lost her.' Ashraf's legs buckled beneath him as if the floor had given way. He felt like he was drowning in a sea of despair. But then, like a lifeline, the doctor added, 'But the baby...the baby is fine.' Ashraf's mind reeled as he struggled to process the devastating news, his grief tempered only by the slender thread of hope that their child had survived."

"Ashraf's world was shattered when the doctors told him that Jeedarh's injuries were too severe, and that she wouldn't survive. But he refused to accept it. With a fierce determination, he begged the doctors to do everything in their power to save her. He pleaded with them to try every possible treatment, every experimental procedure, every last-ditch effort. The doctors, sympathetic to his plight, tried to reason with him, explaining that it was hopeless. But Ashraf wouldn't listen. He was convinced that Jeedarh would pull through, that she would defy the odds and come back to him.
But then, like a cruel twist of fate, the doctors dropped another bombshell. After running further tests, they discovered that Jeedarh had been suffering from a brain tumor, one that had been growing silently for years. The tumor had been the underlying cause of her headaches, her dizziness, and her eventual collapse. Ashraf was stunned. He felt like he had been punched in the gut, like all the air had been sucked out of him. He couldn't believe that his wife, his beautiful, vibrant wife, had been suffering in silence, and that he had been oblivious to it."
