Thursday

Well sh*t getting f*cking weird around the villa. Last night when we finally put the kids down I was tired as h*ll and a little tipsy. Nika went straight to bed but I needed to sit down for a minute, so I sat on the couch and jay who was equally tired joined me. This parenting sh*t is ghetto! I had to give 4 baths, break up two fights, and put all these d*mn kids to bed meanwhile all the other adults are ALREADY IN BED! Except Jay of course. So we flopped on the couch and talked a bit.

We talked about how hard parenting is then talked about me and Onika then we started reminiscing to our college days and when we first had zaina, back when we actually liked each other. Somewhere down the line the conversation started being about me and him. Which is weird because there is no me and him!

Flashback

Jay: do you remember that first apartment we got together

B: oh my gosh yesss! I loved that house

Jay: we didn't have much but we had each other

B: and we would go around telling everybody we were just friends

Jay: meanwhile you were pregnant with Jayden

I chuckled.

B: I can't believe he's in his twenties now! I remember when he was so tiny ohh! and when we had zaina

Jay: our rainbow baby

B: we had just went through a miscarriage and the internet was saying I faked my pregnancy and then my beautiful baby came aww

I always get so emotional talking about my grown a** kids. I just can't take them growing up.

Jay: yea I proposed to you a few months after we found out

B: then we got married the month after cus I didn't wanna look fat in my wedding dress

He laughed.

Jay: you know what's funny I still remember how our wedding cake tasted

B: we f*cked that cake upp

We laughed. I subconsciously laid my head on him and his arm wrapped around me.

Jay: we gained so much weight that year

B: n*gga I was pregnant what was your excuse??

Jay: you would make me eat with you and cried if I didn't!?

I giggled.

B: guess that part slipped my mind

I smiled looking at him. He chuckled turning his head to me and we just kinda looked each other. I didn't even realize how close we were until now. Then he started slowly leaning in so I jumped up.

B: I- I think ima go get in that bed with my WIFE

Jay: oh! y-yea you go do that

B: alright good night friend

Jay: night b

I smiled as we went our separate ways.

Flashback over

Then this morning the n*gga just 'innocently' went to the grocery store and saw some flowers and decided to bring them to me. I didn't know what to do so I just nervously chuckled then ran to Kelly.

B: kellyyyy!

I ran to her room and closed the door. She reached her arms out for me so I crawled in bed with her.

K: what's wrong

B: Kelly I feel weird

K: bey you're not weird you're just creatively different sweetie
