The mall was buzzing with excitement, the air filled with laughter and the sweet hum of busy shoppers. Shreyas and Rishabh were wandering through it hand-in-hand eating their ice creams while window shopping.

Shreyas looking ever charming with his effortless swagger, the kind that made him the center of attention wherever he went. He had an easy smile, a quick wit, and an ability to win over anyone within seconds.

But when it came to Rishabh, all of that melted away. Rishabh was his soft spot, he was the one person Shreyas would do anything for.

Rishabh walked right beside him, a huge grin plastered on his face. His love for life was contagious, but his love for Shreyas was what truly shone through.

Today, the two of them were at the mall for no reason other than to hang out, maybe grab a coffee, or do some shopping. But, of course, Rishabh wasn't content with just that.

Rishabh, being the was a whirlwind of childlike energy was looking around , his attention never sticking to a place. His eyes dripping with mischief and and his mind making up new ways to trouble Shreyas.

So when he stopped in his tracks with his mouth wide opened , needless to say Shreyas was worried and curious as well. His eyes followed the source of mischief that had his boyfriend's full attention.

"Ooh, look, Shreyas!" Rishabh pointed excitedly at the miniature and colourful toy train that was running on tracks set up near the center of the mall.

It was one of those rides that kids could hop onto, but Rishabh was far too big to actually fit. "I want to ride it!" Rishabh squealed jumping up and down.

Shreyas laughed, shaking his head. "You're not a child, Rishabh," he teased, pulling Rishabh back as he tried to rush toward the train.

But Rishabh wasn't one to be deterred. With a dramatic sigh, he looked up at Shreyas with his best Bollywood hero expression. "I am not a child, Shreyas! I am a free spirit, and my heart desires adventure!"

"Rishu, you will look ridiculous on that train. It is too small." Shreyas tried to contain his boyfriend.

Rishabh struck a silly pose, both hands flung dramatically toward the toy train. "Let me live my dream!"

Shreyas rolled his eyes, still smiling. He knew once Rishabh had decided to do something, nobody and that means absolutely nobody could stop him.

Shreyas had to give up ,"Okay, fine, live your dream." Rishabh gave him a 440 volt smile.

But before he could say anything else, Rishabh suddenly darted toward the toy train, his footsteps quick and light as he sprinted past him, giggling like a child.

"Atleast, let me buy a ticket first." Shreyas called out but his voice fell on deaf ears.

Rishabh, in full Bollywood mode, wasn't just running. He was weaving through the crowd like he was in a movie chase scene, his arms flailing in the air, as if he were escaping some dramatic villain or running toward his true love in a grand romantic gesture.

Shreyas blinked in surprise for a second, then laughed and ran after him. "You're not getting on that train, Rishabh!" he called, amused by how ridiculous this was.

"I must reach my destiny!" he yelled over his shoulder, his voice full of exaggerated heroism.

Shreyas couldn't help but laugh louder now, his heart warming at the sight. Rishabh had that magical ability to turn even the most mundane moments into something unforgettable. His childlike innocence made everything feel lighter, more fun.

Suddenly, the toy train started pulling away from the station. Rishabh's eyes widened in panic, his face going from pure joy to sheer determination. "Nooooo! Wait for me!"

He picked up speed, his legs moving faster than they had a second ago. The train was pulling away toward the far end of the mall, and Rishabh was almost there—almost.

Shreyas ran too clutching the tickets in his hand. He He was a little faster and a little smarter as he waited for the train to reach to a middle point, where he climbed up easily.

He looked around for Rishabh who he expected to be in the train, laughing and giggling in his element. But Rishabh was nowhere to be seen.

Shreyas leaned from the train as he looked past a group of people, his eyes locking onto Rishabh's silhouette.

Without thinking, he stretched out his arm from the door, his heart pounding as he reached out. Rishabh looked up just in time to see Shreyas on the toy train waiting for him with his arms outstretched.

With a dramatic flair, Rishabh tried to leap forward to catch the train, but just as he was about to miss it, Shreyas lunged forward and caught him in mid-air, pulling him on the train into his arms with a strength that surprised both of them.

"Gotcha," Shreyas said, a teasing grin on his face as he held Rishabh close, a tight hand on his waist as if he never intended to let Rishabh go again.

The two of them stood there, the mall bustling around them, but in that moment, it felt like it was just the two of them.

Rishabh's face softened, his usual playful grin replaced by a more tender smile. "I knew you'd catch me," he whispered, resting his head against Shreyas' chest.

Shreyas chuckled, his hand gently brushing Rishabh's hair. "Of course. I'll always catch you, Rishabh," he said, his voice low and sincere.

Rishabh pulled back slightly, his eyes twinkling. "Then you should know I'm not going to stop running after things that make me happy," he said with a wink. "Like this toy train, or like you."

Shreyas chuckled again, then leaned in and kissed Rishabh softly, his lips lingering for a moment longer than usual. "I'll be right there with you, every step of the way," he murmured.

The two of them sat down there, caught in their own little world, as the noise of the mall seemed to fade away. Rishabh couldn't be happier, he had caught both the toy train and his love, that was all that mattered to him in that moment.

As they walked hand-in-hand through the mall, Rishabh nudged Shreyas and grinned. "Next time, we'll catch that train together."

Shreyas laughed, pulling Rishabh closer. "I'll be ready for it. And for you."

And just like that, they knew there story was going to be one filled with fun, laughter, and love that would never stop running.
