Jeon Jungkook enters into the restaurant he invited. His walks is quite powerful that made all the staff of resturants bow him even when they didn't knew a lot about him . But they happens to inspect the powerful personality they must fall down .
Manger directs him with a private yet luxurious room of the restaurant. He alredy knew a soul was halting for his existence.
The private dining chamber held a rare tension, a quiet tempest brewing between two men of power. Jeon Shoji, lord of Gwangju Medical Company, sat at the table’s head, his posture regal yet restrained, his gaze keen and probing. Across from him sat Jeon Jungkook, whose reputation alone carried the weight of a thousand unspoken threats.
Jungkook reclined in his seat, exuding the calm confidence of a man who had nothing to fear. “Let’s save the pleasantries, Mr. Jeon Shoji. I know you didn’t call me here to talk about the weather,” he drawled, a smirk tugging at his lips.
Shoji’s brows furrowed, his polite facade slipping. “I thought we’d get to know each other, Jungkook, seeing as we’re two men with similar goals. But it seems you’re eager to rush through this.”
“I don’t play games. atleast not with novice in games ,” Jungkook replied, his voice low and edged with danger. “ I may know, what you seek Mr. Shoji ”
Shoji leaned forward, his eyes narrowing. “Oh? I’ll give you that. But confidence can be a weakness, Jeon Jungkook. Did you think I didn’t know about the skeletons in your closet?” He paused, letting the words hang in the air. “Or, perhaps I should say, the narcotics you’ve been quietly funneling into Europe?”
For a split second, Jungkook’s eyes flashed, but he quickly masked it, his smirk widening. “That's not fair to spy me but you think that scares me, ?” He chuckled, the sound dark and mocking. “You’ve got nothing but whispers and shadows. Proof? I doubt it.”
Shoji’s gaze hardened, his voice dropping to a cold, deadly tone. “I have more than whispers, Sir Jeon. I have documents, witnesses—everything I need to ruin that untouchable empire of yours. I know about your connections, your ‘cobo ,’ as you like to call them. And I know you work for Wesldo. Now, tell me… what would the authorities say about all of this?”
Jungkook laughed, a chilling sound that seemed to fill the room. “Authorities? You think they’d even get close to Wesldo? That’s rich.” He leaned forward, his gaze sharp and unyielding. “Even if you had anything on Wesldo, Shoji, you’re still miles out of your league. Men like you talk big, but you’ve never been close to the real power. You think one or two pieces of ‘evidence’ is enough? You don’t even know where to begin.”
Shoji’s jaw clenched, his fist tightening around his glass, though he kept his composure. “Careful, Jungkook. I don’t think you’re grasping the severity of this. You may think you’re untouchable, but one slip, one wrong move—and everything you’ve built could burn.”
Jungkook raised an eyebrow, clearly unfazed. “So, this is your play? Bring me here, throw around threats, and hope I’ll beg for mercy?” He laughed again, low and mocking. “You should have done your research, Jeon Shoji. I don’t bow to threats. I dismantle them.”
