In a secluded bathroom.

It's the same bathroom Cain often used to leave coordinates on some small islands.

After several uses of his Slowpoke's Teleport move, he finally managed to bring the Captain and some of the strongest sailors to this place.

After this experience, the Captain couldn't help but think he should catch a Pokémon that can use Teleport in the future, as it is extremely convenient.

When he brought them here, Jin requested to join, but both Cain and the Captain refused.

In the end, Jin had no choice but to put on the Captain's uniform and wander around the command cabin to distract the enemies.

So far, Team Aqua had not started killing indiscriminately; they had only captured everyone, so Jin and his men's safety was assured.

Additionally, the strongest sailor among the Captain's trusted men stayed behind to ensure their safety.

Ultimately, it was the Captain who decided to take two men to attack Yamamoto's room, hoping to draw the enemy's attention, while the rest of the team would go directly to the ship's combat area to rescue the prisoners.

The Captain, along with two sailors, slowly exited the bathroom, asking the rest to wait there. Once they had successfully drawn the enemies' attention and launched a signal flare, they could act.

Ten minutes passed, and the Captain had not launched the flare, which began to unsettle the sailors.

"I'll go check. You all stay here. If I don't return in ten minutes, attack Team Aqua directly," Cain said as he stood up.

Slowpoke, after ten minutes of using Calm Mind and with the help of the Pokéblocks, had already largely recovered.

"Cain, it's very dangerous for you to go alone," said the head sailor who had been left in charge.

"Don't worry. I have Slowpoke, who can use Teleport. If anything goes wrong, I'll return immediately. I just want to make sure the Captain is okay."

As he spoke, Cain placed his hand on Slowpoke's back, and the Pokémon's psychic energy enveloped them both, disappearing in an instant.

"Sigh... I really need to get a Psychic-type Pokémon. Having Teleport is too convenient," said the head sailor, expressing what many were thinking.

In reality, not all Psychic-type Pokémon can learn Teleport, and even if some do, they don't use it with the same skill as Cain's Slowpoke.

Additionally, Psychic-type Pokémon tend to have an intelligence level comparable to humans, and due to their abilities, many do not consider humans worthy of their respect.

Psychic-type Pokémon have their own pride, even more than most other Pokémon.

In short, not everyone can catch a Psychic-type Pokémon.

Slowpoke's Teleport moved Cain out of the bathroom, but instead of taking him directly to Yamamoto's room, it transported him to the combat area in the stands.

It was the place where Cain had previously been hiding.

The fact that the Captain hadn't launched the signal could only mean two things.

Either they were discovered right after leaving and began to fight, preventing them from launching the signal.

Or they had not yet reached Yamamoto's room and encountered guards along the way, so it wasn't the time to launch the signal, or maybe they couldn't launch it due to location constraints.

In any case, going directly to Yamamoto's room was too dangerous.

Therefore, Cain had Slowpoke take him directly to the combat plaza.

It was evident that, aside from the basic combat soldiers, all other Team Aqua members were no longer there.

Even the leader who had been giving orders initially had disappeared.

Several Corphish and Crawdaunt surrounded the prisoners, keeping them under guard. Since their Pokéballs had been confiscated, the prisoners couldn't defend themselves, even though these Pokémon weren't particularly strong.

The sound of explosions continued to echo on the ship's deck; the battle between the Alliance and Team Aqua leaders was still ongoing.

Cain noticed that, aside from the guards, the protectors Yamamoto had left to guard the prizes were also gone.

The Captain's attack had likely taken effect, and they were urgently called away.

The prize platform was about a hundred meters from Team Aqua. If Cain moved quickly enough, he had a chance.

"Haunter, go first to the fire hydrant at the other end of the plaza. When I give the signal, break the fire hose and make as much noise as you can. Then, head to the prize platform," Cain ordered.
