After receiving Cain's approval, Skorupi let out an excited shout and dove straight into the forest.

Immediately, the Pokémon of the forest began to scatter in all directions.

Meanwhile, the two Ursaring, who had originally been full of fury, were now completely frozen thanks to the combination of Slowpoke and Sneasel.

Inside a massive block of ice, the two Ursaring were trapped.

The only thing they could move were their eyes, which occasionally shifted, indicating they were still alive; however, no other part of their bodies could move.

One of the Ursaring even showed a pleading expression as it looked at Cain.

It wasn't dumb; it understood that this group of Pokémon revolved around this human.

Once the Ursaring were frozen, the battle between Murkrow and Pinsir also came to an end.

Murkrow, panting, flew in the air, while Pinsir lay lifeless on the ground.

Clearly, Murkrow had shown no mercy, completely defeating Pinsir to intimidate the wild Pokémon still watching from the surroundings.

The red eyes glowing in the forest began to slowly fade away.

Murkrow returned to Cain, and after eating the high-quality Pokéblock Cain had prepared, it perched on Tropius's back to rest.

Tropius, lying on the ground, only cast a sidelong glance at Murkrow, showing no reaction.

These Pokémon were really getting bolder.

Thinking this, Tropius turned its attention to the battle between Golbat and Haunter behind Cain.

This Golbat was not weak, but against Haunter, who now had enhanced poison abilities thanks to its potential increase to a light blue level, it didn't have much chance of resisting.

It could only keep taking hit after hit.

Originally, it was thought that tonight's battle had come to an end, as the intimidation toward the surrounding wild Pokémon was already sufficient.

After all, they were on the edge of the territory of a very powerful Pokémon, and since it was severely injured, it didn't have time to concern itself with what was happening here.

But Skorupi surprised Cain by returning from the forest after a brief skirmish.

Behind him followed a group of wild Pokémon.

Each of them bore injuries on their bodies, clearly inflicted by Skorupi.

But upon reaching the blocks of ice containing the Ursaring, all the Pokémon stopped immediately.

They looked fearfully at Slowpoke and Sneasel, who were standing beside Skorupi, and began to retreat slowly, forgetting even their own injuries.

Once they were far enough away, the Pokémon scattered in a rush.

Skorupi also bore several wounds of different sizes on his body, but he was incredibly happy.

He had just fought against several Pokémon at once in the forest, which had thrilled him immensely. As for the wounds, to him, what battle didn't bring some damage?

Every time he saw Murkrow or Slowpoke injured, Skorupi felt envious; after all, scars are the best symbol of strength.

Cain patted Skorupi on the head, saying with a wry smile, "You really know how to get into trouble, don't you?"

Skorupi could only respond with a goofy laugh.

Bam!

Suddenly, Golbat's body fell from the sky in front of Skorupi, freezing his smile instantly.

Haunter had finally finished its battle with Golbat and successfully defeated it.

Seeing Skorupi's dumbfounded face, Haunter, who had perfectly inherited Gastly's mischievous nature, couldn't resist the temptation to drop Golbat's body right in front of Skorupi.

Skorupi had learned from Haunter how to control Poison-type energy, so the two Pokémon had a close relationship. As soon as Skorupi realized what had happened, he jumped at Haunter, baring his fangs.

Haunter, who had perfectly inherited Gastly's playful nature, enjoyed having fun as long as he wasn't busy protecting Cain.

He was the perfect companion for Skorupi, who was still young and full of energy.

When Golbat's body hit the ground, the forest Pokémon finally dispersed. Four powerful Pokémon had fallen before them, which was enough to intimidate the others.

Although there might be more Pokémon as strong as the Ursaring, none dared to confront them.

It wasn't that they didn't notice the presence of the strongest Pokémon, Tropius, lying on the ground.

Although Tropius wasn't a fan of battles, the aura it exuded was enough to scare the wild Pokémon; after all, they didn't know that Tropius avoided fighting.

Finally, this intimidation battle came to an end.

According to the survival rules of wild Pokémon, this territory could now be considered part of Cain's domain.

At the very least, the Pokémon in the vicinity recognized it as such.

The two bodies on the ground and the Ursaring still frozen in ice were the best evidence of this.

Without bothering to clean up the blood or repair the damage caused by the battle, the Pokémon soon gathered once more and began enjoying the meal they hadn't finished earlier.

Every time Cain prepared delicious grilled meat in the wild, there were always many Pokémon who came to challenge him. For Murkrow and the others, this had already become part of their nightly routine, like a pre-sleep training session.

Arbok had observed the entire battle from start to finish, and as it looked at Cain, its eyes shone with admiration.

This human hadn't lied to it; he truly had the ability to make it stronger. Even Skorupi, the youngest of Cain's Pokémon, was quite strong. If Arbok had been in its prime, it would have had a hard time defeating Cain's Pokémon.

Finally, Arbok felt at ease and could sleep peacefully, no longer worrying about other Pokémon trying to attack or challenge it again.

After finishing dinner, Cain took out more Pokéblocks and distributed them to each Pokémon in fixed amounts.

These Pokéblocks contained energy crystals added by Cain, which could improve the Pokémon's potential. As delicious as the dinner was, a set amount of Pokéblocks had to be consumed each day.

While the Pokémon ate their Pokéblocks, Cain took out his tools from his ring and began preparing materials, setting them neatly next to his tools.

Since he had promised to help Arbok recover its potential and enhance its strength, Cain was determined to fulfill his responsibility as a trainer, even if he only had seven days to do so.

Unlike the intermediate Pokéblocks he had made before with basic tools, this time Cain planned to create advanced Pokéblocks that could restore Arbok's potential. These would be much more effective and require less time for continuous use; just three days of use would be enough to restore the Pokémon's potential.

After dinner, the Pokémon took it upon themselves to clean up the mess they'd left while eating and to store away the tools.
