SEASON NINE, EPISODE NINE
"Hey Apes,"
Ryan Grey smiled at the redhead who had broke his best friend's heart into two pieces, "Hey," April half smiled, she knew that Callum probably would've told him about their whole situation.
"How is he?" April asked, as Ryan who had gotten a chart from the nurse's desk, furrowed his eyebrows, "How's who?" He asked confused, "If you mean Callum, he's—he's bad, April." He admitted about his best friend.
Callum had an extra key to Ryan's home that he had been sleeping in, ever since April had broken his heart after she had gotten the negative pregnancy results back, "But I can't talk about him with you, since you're kind of the reason why he's acting like that,"
"Ryan—" April sighed, about to talk to the Grey male, who handed the chart back to the nurse with his charming smile, walking away not wanting to talk about his heartbroken best friend with the women that broke his heart.

Jo Wilson smiled at the resident who walked in behind Caitlin, as the redhead had both Ryan and Jo on her service, since Arizona had banned Ryan and Alex from working together, "Lefkowitz,"
Ryan smiled when coming into the boy's room, "Did you bring it?" The boy questioned his doctors as Ryan held the small machine in his hand handing it to the boy, "You know it." He said with a charming smile, "That's the whole thing?"
Caitlin nods her head with a small smile, "Yep. Lefkowitz has gastroparesis so he can't digest his food. He was an epic puker for a long time, and now he can't really eat at all." Caitlin explained to her intern, "So we're gonna give you a gastric neurostimulator."
The boy groaned at Ryan's hands on his stomach, applying pressure to certain places, "This thing is gonna zap your stomach so it remembers to push the food down your system." Caitlin explained to her patient, "Get you back on burgers and fries." She said as the mother let a small smile come onto her face, "That's amazing."
"Yeah, well, the guys at the airport x-ray are gonna go nuts." Ryan said to their patient who smiled, "That's sick." Caitlin and Ryan both smiled, "Oh uh, this is Dr Wilson. She's gonna be operating with me and Dr Grey here." Caitlin said about the intern next to Ryan, "You've got a crack team, iron man,"
Jo looked at Ryan's features when the Peds resident said that to their patient seeing the small smile come onto Ryan's face at their patient's smile, "We've got this, and you've got this, bud." He said to the kid who hit his fist against Ryan's more larger hand.

"Cait, wait up!"
Ryan followed after his fellow for the day, since Arizona was mostly working with Alex today, "What's up?" Caitlin asked, handing the Lefkowitz's chart to the nurse with a kind smile.
