Today is the day that I've been dreading... getting on a plane to go to Spain where I could possibly run into Jude.
It was about 9 in the morning and our flight was at 3 in the afternoon which gave us enough time to travel to the airport since my mum was on her way to pick up Jeremiah.
I picked up Jeremiah in my arms "You excited to stay with nana for a few days?"
He nods "Yes I love nana."
I smile "Nana loves you just as much my love." Speaking of her the door opens and she appears into the living room.
I smile "Hi mum."
She replies "Hi love ,you all ready to go?"
I nod "Yeah I think I have everything, want a cuppa before you go?"
She nods "Yeah please if you don't mind."
As I go in the kitchen to make her a cuppa she follows and says "So how come your going to Spain and not any other country? You know you could run into Jude."
I shrug my shoulders "I don't know mum, Kiloni decided we were going there, and I know I'm not as bothered as I was anymore when I found out we were going to Spain but, I just don't want him knowing about Jeremiah just yet."
My mum nods "Yeah best thing to not let him know for now until you two have sorted yourselves out and back talking, heard anything from him?"
I shake my head "Nope and don't really want him to, I think he's moved on now to be honest mum , he hasn't bothered to even message in the 4 years since I last seen him but, he is a footballer after all and you know how easily it is for a footballer to get a girlfriend so who knows."
As she finishes her cuppa I get the rest of Jeremiah's stuff for him to take to my mums and make sure he has everything.
Mum walks in with Jeremiah "Right think it's best for me to get going , your dads cooking our dinner so gonna go see if he's doing okay you know what he's like with his cooking."
I laugh "Stresses too much."
I pass her Jeremiah's bag "Thanks mum for having him means a lot."
She smiles "Don't need to thank me love go have some fun ring me if you need anything."
I nod "I will." I go up to Jeremiah and give him a hug and then a kiss on his forehead. "Love you both." Mum then leaves and I am officially child free for the rest of the week.
I brought my suitcase and hand luggage downstairs ready to go, waiting for Kiloni to arrive so we can set off. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Airport outfit:
