Today was the day I was having my New Year's Eve party. I made sure to be up as Vini was already on his way here.
I got out of bed and left Jude and Jeremiah to sleep in for abit.
I started to clean up stuff that needed to be done such as cleaning the counter tops, putting stuff away in the dishwasher and also clothes in the washing machine.
I went back upstairs with the iced coffee and Jude's tea that I made after cleaning and woke Jude up.
"You getting up?" I asked Jude.
He then smiled and got up "Goodmorning my love."
I then gave him his cuppa "We need to start getting ready Vini is going to be here soon."
Jude then checks on his phone "He messaged me saying he's on his way here from the airport."
I nodded "Okay I better get ready then."
I go towards my wardrobe and picked out a comfy outfit for today just until tonight.
I went into Jeremiah's room and started to wake him up.
"Jer you gonna start waking up?, Uncle Vini is coming and Auntie Kiloni ." I say.
He then jolts up "Uncle Vini!"
I then smile "Yeah he's coming and then we're gonna have a mini party with just us 5 ."
Soon later, I hear a knock on the door.
I go downstairs and look into the little hole to find Vini stood there. I opened the door to greet Vini in.
"Hi Vini you okay? How was your flight?" I ask.
He then hugs me back "Yeah I'm good and it was a pretty calm flight."
I nodded "Good good."
Jude then comes downstairs "Hiya mate good to see you."
They then did their weird bro handshake.
Jeremiah then followed Jude down to see Vini.
"Uncle Vini!" Jeremiah says excitedly.
Vini's face then lights up "Hiya little man."
I go back into the kitchen and start to make the buffet for tonight and speaking of which I also needed to put some decorations up that I bought a few days ago.
Jude and Vini go into the living room and chill out before tonight. As for Jeremiah he's in the garden playing football.
