The little girl danced with dreams,
Magenta pink with golden dots,
Flower bouquet in hands,
She loved and loved and loved,
And then she learned to apologise,
For penning love onto paper;
For what she was born to do.Now a ghost in my memories,
Casting shadows on people,
Who never deserved it.The little girl who danced with dreams
And jubilant worries;
She smiled, unaware of storms ahead.
Unaware, she danced
She had the protector of souls'
Hands above hed head.The little girl always looked back, never forward.
Now that she knows
He has her back,
She no longer hesitates,
Her fingers found paths to His,
As perfect as the sunset and vine
On an October evening.The weight lifting away,
As she takes a step forward,
For the flute player
Will enchant her with dreams forevermore
