*The bridge of the Voyager*

Everyone had been gathered on the bridge to listen to Nalia explain what she learned. It wasn't much but they had a really good shot for Valez to come back.

But the one that seemed far less optimistic than everyone else about this seemingly good news, was R.

"R, why aren't you excited? This is great news!" Jay told R, seemingly not seeing the R expression on R's face.

"This is great news yes, but your all over simplifying what Nalia said." R said with regret and concern in his tone.

"How? We have a way to save Val now, what could we possibly be oversimplifying about this?" Kai questioned R.

"The save part, your oversimplification is of that exact part." R paused, taking a shaky deep breath before continuing. "The cursed spirit wasn't a cursed spirit, that was Al'valgur's spell of Degrading Falsehood." R said, his voice seemed to be breaking down from stating

X eyes widened, in concern when she heard R said this. "R..Are you sure your okay to explain it? I can if you need, I know how bad that traumatized you.." X told R as if she were a mother to him.

R nodded to X before Leaving the room and entering the sleeping quarters he had been given on the Voyager.

"Is..Is R okay? We've never seen him ever seem like..that before ever. He looked like he was gonna cry." Jay asked, being concerned for the family's older brother now.

X sighed before explaining. "No, R is not okay. R was sent to fight Al'valgur when he killed his 2 younger brothers. None of us understood how Al'valgur even killed them as he never seemed like the killer type, but when R went to fight him. Al'valgur used that exact spell for the first time ever on R, but since it was Al'valgur's first time, it was..unstably potent and Shutendoji-sama himself had to break the spell of R. R is still heavily traumatized from it so Al'valgur in general is not a easy topic for him." X explained to them gently.

Nalia had been listening closely with the others the more she heard, the more she was feeling sorry for R, but was also getting more angry as a golden glow started surrounding her causing the ship to shake a little before she took a deep breath to calm herself down. "That son of a mango."

"As we like to call him, bastard of a woman. That's are our of calling Al'valgur a son of a bitch without insulting La Notervelia." X said, giving Nalia a way to call Al'valgur son of a bitch without insulting La Notervelia.

"Well, I still don't understand how that spell is the hatchet in our plan for saving Valez." Cole commented, confused as the rest still.

Zane's eye's then lit up in fear. "I understand what R meant now." All eyes turned onto the Nindroid, excluding X. "Because Valez is constantly self-degrading herself in her head, that would mean he is on repeat until it would turn her degradation into her truth. What I've surmised so far, is that Al'valgur can make someone Believe a falsehood either permanently or while under one of his spells, is that correct, X?" Zane asked X before continuing.
