He's back- Avery.

Days later, I came out of school with Alicia when a young man walked up to us, around the age of 25 I guessed.
''Hey, can I talk for you for a second?'' he asked me, hesitating I looked at Alicia. ''About what?'' I asked
''About your brother, Jace''
''Were you friends with him?'' I asked, I didn't know if I could trust him.
''Sort of but I knew Jace really well, Avery''
He knew my name, so he had to knew Jace or he was a pyscho who has been stalking me.
''You can trust me Avery, okay?'' Eventually I nodded,
''I will be right back'' I said to Alicia. ''I hope'' I whispered to her. '
'I will wait here'' She whispered back.
I followed the man who apparently knew Jace. We sat down,
''You probably wonder what I wanted to tell you'' I nodded. He took a deep breath. ''Avery, I didn't die. I am your brother, Jace''
''Yeah right, sure you are'' I said on a sarcastic tone.
''Tell me how much did Jessica, Nicole, and Lindsay pay you to say this? Jesus they do anything to hurt me even more'' I added, ''Wait Avery, you are getting bullied, are they hurting you?''
''It doesn't matter, you probably just playing along''
''Avery, I'm not. Wait''
He took off this coat to show me something, he showed me the necklace. The necklace Jace gave me on the day he died, the necklace that was matching with mine.
He hold on to my necklace,
''Look Avery, they are matching. Remember I gave you that necklace?'' I looked in disbelief, I couldn't say a word. He grabbed something out of this wallet, it was a passport,
Jace James Raven it said. He gave it to me.
''Avery, I came back for you. I promised I would and I did'' That was the moment I realized.
"Jace'' I said and I cried, I fell into his arms. ''It's okay, don't cry'' he said to comfort me, he stroke my hair.
''shh it's okay. I'm here Avery, I'm here. His voice broke.
''You're here'' was the first thing I said, I still couldn't believe it how?
''I'm here, just like I promised'' It felt like the hug lasted forever till I asked.
''But how, mom and dad said-''
''Mom and dad faked it all Avery''
''Mom and dad are behind it?'' I asked. ''When I came in your room that night, I wanted to run away. Get away for them.
I couldn't take you with me, you were too little and it was too dangerous.
That's why I made the promise to come back for you Avery. But mom and dad caught me.
They told me I wasn't welcome anymore, I've I wanted to get away so badly I just had to stay away.
They made up my death for you, because you were going to ask where I was.
I tried to reach you, telling you I was alright but I was never able too.'' Everything started to make sense now.
''I made the decision to go to our hometown, Trenton'' Jace said.
''Very risky, because if I bumped into mom and dad I would be really dead'' I nodded. ''I asked people in town about you and that's when I bumped into Alicia. She told me you were her best friend and that you lived with her right now. I remembered Alicia from when you were little, so I decided to tell her who I was. She also didn't believe me at first''
''Wait, wait Alicia knew?''
''Only since today'' A voice said, Alicia.
''I wanted to tell you after school, I told Alicia not to say anything, because I wanted to tell you myself''
''Where have you been living all this time?''
"New york, but since this week im back in Trenton. I moved here, to be with you"
I still couldn't believe it
''How are you now, do you live alone? I had so many questions.
''No, I live with my girlfriend, Sarah. She can't wait to meet you, i've told her about you everyday and me. Want to go home with me?''
I looked at Alicia.
''It's okay, Avery you can go with your brother ''
After a short drive,, we arrived at Jace's house. It was really small, but very cute. ''Come in'' he said, I followed him and looked around.
''Don't mind the mess'' he said. I smiled, ''Don't worry about it''
My phone buzzed, I got it out of my pocket. It was a message from Alicia.
''Oh give me that, we haven't spoken in years''
He was right. Alicia can wait. So I handed Jace my phone. He put it on the kitchen table, I nodded and followed him down all excited.
