"Nine!"
The white Celestial looked up just in time for Neptune to bombard him with a hug.
"I haven't seen you in forever!" Neptune whined.
Nine huffed, "You saw me a few hours ago...?"
"Like I said- it's been forever..." Neptune released from the hug, looking to where his moons were playing.
Nine noticed one missing, raising an eyebrow, "Where's that dwarf planet you captured?"
Neptune tensed at the wording, "O-Oh, uh- Triton's either with Jupiter's moons or the other dwarf planets!"
Nine hummed, shifting away as he glanced in the Sun's direction, "I better be going, I don't want the Sun to get heated..."
"Okay!" Neptune smiled until he realized his brother was heading toward the Kuiper Belt. He flew forward, catching Nine by the wrist, "Didn't the Sun put you in a temporary orbit next to the Kuiper Belt? Why are you going in?"
Nine sighed as he turned to look at Neptune, "Yeah, about that... the Sun ordered me to return to my orbit on the outskirts of the solar system."
Neptune's eyes widened, "What? Why?"
Nine hesitated, not wanting to tell Neptune what the Sun said to him, "...It's best you ask the others."
Wrenching his wrist from Neptune's grip, Nine flew away and into the Kuiper Belt.
"Nine, wait-!" Neptune tried calling after him, yet it was all in vain as the other got further away, "Nine...?"
Neptune floated there, a deep frown on his face and brows knitted in worry.
"What happened to Mr. Nine...? " A voice asked. Looking down, the blue Celestial saw Proteus eyeing the direction Nine went in.
"I don't know..." Neptune uttered before setting his eyes on the Star at the center of the solar system. His eyebrows furrowed and his eyes blazed with determination, "Whatever it is, it's my job to make it right again."

Nine sighed, curling up into a ball as he placed his head between his knees, 'I'm such an idiot...'
As if you don't deserve this.
'Yeah, that's true...' Sitting up, Nine raised his hands.
White and pristine, always reflecting the Sun's rays whenever he was around the yellow Star.
He frowned, brows twitching. Slowly, he pushed and pulled, grunting in pain as his white surface was drowned out by navy blue, the dark color taking over his entire celestial body. He winced upon looking at the blue shade, 'Might as well be as hidden as possible...'
"Nine! Nine?" A voice cut through the silent atmosphere as a reddish-brown object pushed her way through the debris. She blinked, taking in the other's body, "Oh, there you are..."
"Sedna? You shouldn't be here." Nine faced the dwarf planet with wide eyes.
"You shouldn't be here either." Sedna retorted, crossing her arms.
"Yes, I do. Out of everyone, I'm the one who belongs here."
"Why? Cause you wiped out the Earth's life and killed a moon?"
"How did you-"
"Word travels fast, believe it or not." Sedna shrugged, waving it off, "Anyway, you shouldn't stay here- it isn't good for you to be alone all the time!"
