I called him
"Huh"
"Ena achu En amaithiya iruka?"
(What happened? Why are you silent?)
"Nothing"
He said, but I sensed something was amiss. Before I could inquire further, my phone rang—it was my mother. I knew why she was calling; nevertheless, I chose not to answer.
"Phone eduthu pesu Ummai"
(Pic up the call and speak Ummai)
"No need, I know what she is going to speak.........Nee solu ena achu en thidirnu silent agita......
(You say what happened why you became silent all of a sudden)
By any chance, you don't want to marry me?
I narrowed my eyes at him, he shook his head
"It's not like that, Ummai. I do want to marry you, but it all seems so sudden. Please give me some time to come to terms with it. Even for a court marriage, we need to apply one month in advance along with the necessary documents. Let's take a moment to calm down; we can't do everything at once. You go home and talk with your mother, and I am going to meet Agathiyan sir. I will update you on what happens, okay?"
He made his point clear, and I realize I need to understand his perspective. It was simple for me to welcome him back into my life because my sole desire was for his return. Despite the issues being my fault and causing him trouble, my pride prevented me from reaching out to him over these two years. However, now that he has returned, I have no reservations and can consider our marriage. Although I lack interest in marrying Rohit, I often contemplate a parallel situation with Bairavan.
I nodded and offered him a smile, which he returned before gently pressing a kiss to my forehead.
Again my phone ringed it was from Meenu anni......I sighed
"Then I am leaving, will call you after the panchayathu"
"Alright," he said, then stood up. I followed, standing and embracing him.I kissed his neck where I bit him.
"You need to buy concealers ACP sir"
I said tracing the hickey...He chuckled and held my wrist
"I am not ashamed of them so no need of hiding....now let's go..."
He said was about to move I held his collar and he stopped and raised his brows
"Ena dii"
"You forgot something ACP sir"
"what????"
"Let me remind you then"
Without hesitation, I drew his face down and captured his lips with mine, relishing every moment, reminding him of our first kiss and his promise that I could have anything once I returned. Even though it was he who returned, a deal is a deal.
In no seconds he gave in and kissed me back, Ahh finally this is happening I did a victory dance inside along with the butterflies and he took charge I didn't even fight for dominance just let him take control of me, his hands roamed on my body shamelessly and I encircled my hands around his neck pulling him more to me....he kissed me passionately I patted his shoulders as I lost breath........I was panting hard and he dipped his face in my neck and started nibbling, sucking and licking my neck, I bit my lower lip to control the moan.....his hands slid down as one started kneading my butt while the other squeezing my waist
