Alex’s POV

“Okay pick a number!!” Susan grinned like an idiot, with her back to us trying to hide the DVD’s so we can pick.

“Two.”

“No, number one.”

“No, no. Take six!!”

“How ‘bout five?” We all yelled just for the heck off it just to confuse her since it is easy to do that to her.

“Oh no, what should I do? We can’t watch everything at the same time!” She Grimaced at the disaster unfolding as everyone pretends to want a different number.

“I know! We can watch ten minutes of each movie at a time and then we can watch it at the same time!” Oh man, she’s got it bad.

“No need for that. Just eenie-meenie-minie-mo us and then he can decide the number.” I came to her rescue before we all burst out laughing at her. We can’t help ourselves, she is just too adorable.

“Oh, okay.” And she started at one end and finally chose Jerry.

“Number two.” He said hiding a smile with his hand pretending to scratch his nose.

“Fast and Furious five! Jay!!” Susan screeched at seeing Vin Diesel appear on the TV screen.

“He’s sooo sexy!” She said dreamily and unconsciously reached out her hand to stroke the screen.

“Lilly, me, boyfriend, sitting next to you. Yeah, I’m still here.” Steve sighed shaking his head. Lilly had an obsessive, scary fan obsession over Vin Diesel. But I must agree he is kind of sexy.

“Oops, sorry sweetie.” She blushed feeling guilty.

The rest of the movie followed in silence as we all concentrated on the movie. The girls drooled over the guys in the movie and well all the girls knew the boys were drooling over something else entirely, the cars.

We took a break after the third movie to make snacks and drinks for the next few. Seeing Nathan poke his head into the kitchen from the corner of my eye. I pretended not to see him and turned away from the counter with a big bowl in my hands and hit his head with it.

“Oh, I’m so sorry.” I said dryly trying not to laugh. I knew he was strong even if he wouldn’t admit it. I mean I’ve lived with him long enough to see things when he thought no one was looking. He lifted up the three seated couch once with one hand looking for his missing cell phone.

“That hurt.” He mumbled rubbing his head while walking to the fridge.

“You and I both know that that didn’t hurt as much as you were trying to sell it for.” I smirked when I saw his back stiffen. So something is up with him. Next mission: figure out secret to Nathan’s super strongness.

“Did you find mum’s liquor cabinet?”

“What? No, have you found it yet?”

“No I was wondering because you seem drunk to me.”

“Boohoo.” I spat back and rolled my eyes leaving the kitchen with a bunch of bowls in my arms.

The last movie ended at one in the morning, luckily all their parents were all okay with them sleeping over when we carried on too long. All the boys are going to sleep in the lounge and the girls are sleeping in my room.

“How many pillows?” I asked throwing the last sleeping bag on Austen’s head.

“Hey! Two for each will do. So what do you want for your birthday?” He asked taking the pillows from me and threw them into a sleeping bag.
