Rosaline's ladies maids were fast at work to get her ready. They were tying her dress and doing up her hair when her daughter Daisy walked in.

"Mama....are you ready to go?"

"As ready as I will ever be my darling" she said standing up and taking a look at herself

"You look stunning mama"

She said standing next to her mother

"And you are absolutely sparkling my dearest daughter"

"Are we to be the first family there or are we to be late as we always are" Edmund said walking around the corner

"Must you always be a pain Edmund?" Daisy threw at him

"Must you always wear ridiculous flowers in your hair" he shot back

"Must we argue on a day like today?" Rosalie broke up their argument

"Sorry mama..." they both muttered

"It is quite alright...now may we get in the carriage with the others in peace?"

"Let us go" Daisy said linking her arm with her mama's

Rosaline held out her other arm for her son as soon as she entered the hallway which he happily took

When they arrived at their destination many people stared at Rosaline as she exited the carriage. She was used to it at this point in in her life.

"So much for being the first family here..." Edmund mumbled

Most said nothing to them and some only muttered words under their breath.

When Rosaline sat down ion the front she spaced out. That was until she heard her name called

"-Rosaline Bridgerton would like to say a few words"

She took a deep breath and walked up to the podium and began to speak

"I am here today to celebrate a husband, a father, a viscount...and the bane of my very existence...Anthony Bridgerton. Our love story is bitter but very very sweet and one I remember all too well. It all started when we were just kids and my father had brought me to play with the Bridgerton's eldest son: Anthony...."
