Seras’ boots pounded against the ground, each step carrying her closer to the battlefield. Her breath came in steady, controlled gasps, but her mind raced, the same words echoing again and again: Hurry, hurry, they’re in danger.

Integra had taken the helicopter, giving Seras the order to go ahead and ensure backup reached Alucard and Y/N in time. Seras knew her mission was crucial; if she could reach them before the chaos fully erupted, she could provide them with the support they desperately needed. And as a vampire, she could move faster than any human; she had to make it in time.

As she crested the hill, her eyes widened, taking in the grim scene unfolding below. She could see their destination in the distance, but it wasn’t the quiet covert entry they had planned. Instead, smoke billowed up into the sky, and the ground shook with the blasts of heavy artillery. Fires spread across the base, sending up trails of thick, dark smoke that seemed to blot out the horizon. The faint screams and echoes of gunfire filled the air, sending chills down her spine.

It’s already started.

Seras pushed herself harder, her fangs gritted, as the smell of blood and gunpowder overwhelmed her senses. It wasn’t just an ambush—it was an all-out war. She could sense Alucard somewhere amidst the chaos, his bloodlust almost palpable, his presence a dark beacon guiding her forward. But the intensity of his aura only stoked her worry. It meant he was pushing himself to the limit, likely protecting Y/N as they faced wave after wave of enemy soldiers.

As she drew closer, Seras felt her instincts sharpen, her vampire senses honing in on every movement, every sound. The Millennium soldiers were well-prepared, heavily armed, and strategically positioned, forming an almost impenetrable line around the compound. But their confidence only fueled her determination; they had no idea what kind of power they were dealing with.

She launched herself into the fray, her vampiric strength allowing her to plow through the line of soldiers with ease. Her hands became weapons, tearing through the enemy ranks with swift, brutal efficiency. She didn’t hesitate, didn’t allow herself to think—she moved on pure instinct, driven by the thought of reaching Y/N and Alucard.

The world blurred around her, a cacophony of screams and explosions, but she kept her focus on the towering shadow in the distance. Alucard stood like a dark specter amid the flames, Baskerville unleashed and tearing through anyone who dared approach. But even from here, Seras could see he was protecting something—someone. Y/N stood close to him, his eyes wide but determined, clutching a weapon in his hands, his gaze fierce as he fought alongside Alucard.

A surge of relief flooded her. They were alive. But she could also see they were being overwhelmed, the sheer number of enemies threatening to swallow them up.

As chaos erupted around them, Alucard's instincts kicked in, sharper than ever. The second he noticed the barrage of fire directed at them, he moved without a second thought, grabbing Y/N and flinging him away from the line of fire with all his strength. Y/N landed safely behind the cover of an overturned vehicle, protected from the onslaught.
