Ow. That's the only way I can sum up the immense pain I feel at the moment. Sitting up from my crumpled position on the ground I try to make sense of my surroundings.

Ice is everywhere and my breath's come out in little white puffs. I stand up and listen to the popping of my partially frozen and very unused limbs. Golden ichor drips down my arms and I tilt my head.

I should be healed by now. Unless they've literally rubbed salt in my wounds. I shake my head in disbelief as part of the wall slides away.

"Outcast Goddess. I hav come to you with an offer. Kronos and I have both had enough of being ignored by the puny demi-gods and mortals. All we ask is that you join us and control all those outcasts." Khione says, an icy light sparking behind her eyes.

"No. I refuse to help you in any way, shape or form. Get lost you ice princess." I snarl, making a shooing motion with my fingers. To my immense shock, and relief, Khione silently turns and leaves.

"Great. Trapped in a castle, alone, able to control anyone or thing that has ever been an outcast. Why can't I be normal, father, mother?" I ask with tears in my eyes.

There's two bright flashes and two gods stand before me and they are not who I was expecting.
"Phobos, Deimos. What can I help you with?" I ask looking at the twin gods of fear and pain.

"We bare a warning. Great fear and pain are chasing you. You will fear yourself because you will send another to eternal pain. You've been awakened for one reason, to stop this." Phobos says.

"Yeah. Once your job is done you'll be sent back to sleep. You won't be awakened until Zeus needs you again. It's always been this way." Deimos says, winking as the twins vanish.

"Well I'll be damned. I've done this all before. Curse you father and mother. This time I'll find a way out. Trust me on that one." I say in defeat as I curl back up, drifting into a restless sleep.
