CHAPTER THIRTYMOUNT RHY ... ... ...
Before Alora and Kaan stood a tall, magnificent and beautiful palace, it was entirely built of ice and white stone, a work of pure magic. Alora had never seen something so beautiful, her once dull face lit up a bit. A smile creeping to the edges of her mouth.
Clyde appeared before both of them as he bowed."Exalted lords, I hope this little one has satisfied you." Clyde smiled, he had spent a great deal of time and energy building this castle. He wanted to do something for Alora, so she would not forget him when she comes to glory, but he knew that his efforts were nothing before the immortal dragon, so he did not even dare curry favor.
Kaan was the one who spoke. He gave the whole mountain that had been turned into an ice castle a look, he smiled as he nodded his head.
"Very good, boy. You deserve a good reward for pleasing my wife."
Then he waved his hand, manifesting a small shard of glass which he threw towards Clyde.
"That's a shard of dawn, an artefact that can boost light magic by 100%, it also boosts speed by 10 times the normal of the user. Keep it for me."" Many thanks, my lord. I can't be grateful enough for this gift."
Clyde bowed towards them both. Though he had only heard of artefacts that could boost an elemental magic by 10 and 20%, they were very rare to come by, and were all rank 3 legendary artefacts. But now, he had been gifted an artefact that could boost magic by hundred percent. It could only be an immortal weapon. Even if he couldn't use it now, once he reached the immortal realm, he wouldn't need to search for one. It was even light element based, how could Clyde not be happy."Lead the way..." Kaan answered.
" Yes, Exalted lord."
As Clyde began walking, Kaan turned back and carried Alora in his arms. Alora was slightly surprised, but she didn't mind. She just giggled at the playful nature of her ...
Alora thought about the relationship between her and this dragon. It had been abrupt, too quick for her to understand what she was getting herself into. She secretly glanced at Kaan, she saw the proud smile that graced his lips, his kind amber eyes, she noticed how firm his big hand held her, convincing her that he would always protect her. She laid her head on his chest, listening to the beating of his heart, feeling the flow of mana in his blood, the vessels that connected to his meridians and his source core, she felt all of him.
Aloras's eyes had unconsciously turned golden. Leaves began to sprout on the extremely cold walls of the castle, roots spread from the base of the mountain and streams began to flow. Alora slowly fell asleep, causing all these phenomena to return to normal. As soon as she slept, Kaan placed a kiss on her forehead, as they continued their walk into the castle.
Morning came. Alora had gotten up from her bed early today. This was the best peaceful sleep she had gotten in months, and she was happy for it. Her whole being radiated energy. But whenever she remembered what Kaan had said to her earlier today, she would just sigh, she was helpless against him. He had told her that until she reaches the peak 10th tier of the saint realm, she would continue to train her magic and cultivate, everyday. After the trio had breakfast, Kaan had taken Alora out in the high windy sky as they begun their training. He wanted to teach her balancing herself in the sky, and controlling the mana source and use in her body.
" Feel your magic core, draw the strings of magic, tie them, form them, and bend them to what you want." Kaan explained to Alora, he was teaching her how to use magic.
" You can use magic for anything provided you have enough energy to draw and use, a cycle that cannot be broken. You just need to master it, you cannot use magic if you do not connect to it."
